A/c Quit cooling Sunday afternoon. Called Monday around 7:20am, service person said they'd be here this day. I left for work but I forgot something and came back to the house. The Edwards truck was there 8:00am. Damon (Serviceman) said he'd have it fixed shortly. I told him to bring the bill in and I'd write a check. About 10 minutes later Air came on and Damon came in. I say ' How much? He Says "today is your lucky day It's covered under your A/C Units 10 year coverage". Never saw that coming.
I HAVE NEVER HAD A SERVICE COMPANY RESPOUND SO QIUCK, WOULD I USE THEM AGAIN? Yes Service was Great.
I was telling people at work and some of them felt the same way about Edwards and have always used them, because of dealings in the past.
"After completing the spring service on 3/25/14 on his 1992 system which we had been doing for the previous 16 years with no issues, the compressor in the outdoor unit shorted out. There was no way to predict this occurring and nothing could have been done to stop the compressor from shorting out. We had always responded promptly to all of [member name removed] issues and it is unfortunate he decides to voice his displeasure a year after it happened. We offered to replace his system and credit back the $78 service but he declined."
