I read great reviews prior to engaging them - their collaboration with each member of the group has proven their professionalism. I waited 2 weeks to write this review in order to observe if any leaks or other concern that might arise. Prior to the start of the workday the crew covered all areas that might be soiled while they work & at the end of the day they cleaned the space thoroughly . This proves their professionalism. They started & finsihed the work within the specified time period mentioned by Michael Addisen. We definitely recommend them to our friends and neighbors and would like to engage them in our future home assignments."

"Unprofessional and obtuse. I hired Langley Roofing to do the roof on my detached garage. They made a mistake, which they admitted, but unfortunately their attempts to fix it only made things worse. The only right way to fix it was to do it over, which obviously they didn't want to do. They wouldn't even agree to a discount. I'm sure they'll reply to this saying their fix was sufficient, but it wasn't. They know it wasn't; they just don't want to admit it because it would cost them. Langley has been a nightmare. Go with anyone else and save yourself some headache."

"The crew was polite and offered a fair price. The work resulted a less than desirable finish, however the price made that acceptable. The unfinished job, and ghosting made the whole experience unacceptable. The clean up was also not up to par, as our trash can, and plants all had a nice mist of white spray paint."

"I was extremely misled by this company who did not provide the service at the cost they communicated. I never received a print copy of the quote, and the quote that was said out loud (and confirmed) was THOUSANDS less than the bill I received. (I even confirmed the number out loud and commented on how low the cost was, and the owner did not correct me to state the number I received on my bill.) Furthermore, had the owner (who gave the quote and then never followed up until he wanted payment -- also leaving me to ask the contract worker what was even going on or whom I paid and when and how in the midst of hazardous and unsafe living conditions due to disease risk -- clarified the price point when I REPEATED THE NUMBER OUT LOUD TO HIM AND COMMENTED THAT IT SEEMED LOW) been direct, honest, and forthright with me, my insurance would have stepped in to cover it. Don't trust them to communicate with you. Get another quote. Do more price shopping since they're willing to admit they messed up but aren't willing to do anything about it. Also, even if you don't think the number will meet your home insurance deductible amount, consult with them anyway. Now I'm retroactively trying to get insurance to help out, and they have many questions about the way the Ductz service was conducted AND concerns about the way it was documented."

"Terrible company that does not stand behind their work. The owner Ken is nothing short of a bald faced liar. I had this company do 2 different commercial jobs and they screwed them both up. One they fixed after we chased them for months and the other they refused to fix even after it became apparent that their crew hadn't cleaned or prepped the walls properly which caused the paint to start flaking off within a month or so of the completion date. Ken was full of hot air and excuses and even tried to blame Sherwin Williams paint for their subpar work. They have been paid in full and yet they still refuse to fix their mistake. Classic example of a company that doesn't desire to be in business."

"Hopewell Roofing did an excellent job with our new roof. Dylan Zorn supervised the project masterfully from beginning to end. He explained the products and procedures, assisted the adjustor in his assessment of roof damage, and guided us through the application process for the insurance claim. On the day of installation, a full cadre of Hopewell roofers arrived and swarmed the roof, completing the job in record time and cleaning up with great care to remove all debris and nails.
