"Very professional. On time and communicated with me prior to the bat insulation removal and install of what was going to happen (i.e. first clean up crew, and then second crew showing up to finish the project). They also did an effective clean up after the installation and explained the assessment done prior to install and after installation. The job took longer than estimated, and that was because the estimate incorrect, so they had to wait for additional insulation to be delivered. But because it was their error, they did not charge me for the extra insulation. I would definitely recommend them in the future."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

I purchased the "big deal" through Angie's list for dryer vent cleaning.  Scott promptly called me to set up an appointment and accommodated my work schedule by coming at 7:30 am.  My dryer is located upstairs and vents through the roof.  The vent had never been cleaned and contained some old brittle tubing.  Scott and his crew cleaned the vent and replaced some of the tubing.  The amount of lint that came out of the wall was astounding!  My dryer works much better now and I feel better that all that clogged up lint was removed.  I highly recommend this company and plan on using them again to clean out the air ducts in my house.
