Repaired roof pictures look good when it rains will tell if leak is fixed

Had a great experience with Mendez Construction have already recommended this company to family members needing repairs The price was fair which I loved! They replaced my roof and had to replace parts of the boards underneath the shingles because they were rotten. Also replaced rotten wood-my soffits and facia boards and replaced gutters with larger ones which added so much to the appeal of my house.Also planning to have them replace all the siding on my house! They did a good job and answered all my questions I recommend them

Henry’s work was fast, affordable and high quality. He was available to come out for a quote same day and was back to do my roof replacement 3 days after the contract was signed and sent picture updates at several steps during the process. They were extremely thorough with picking up all trash and nails after the work was completed. Hopefully I won’t need any roof repairs for many years but if I do I will definitely use Mendez construction.

Mr. Henry is not Trustworthy.He will ignore your Phone calls after he has been paid.

We had our Roof replaced and We were left with a yard full of nails.Pieces of broken shingles scattered around the yard.The five star reviews are From Mostly Family and Friends.

Him and his crew did an excellent job repairing damaged places resulting from multiple trees falling on my home. He impressed me with using the appropriate materials for repairs.

They were quick to call me to see what I needed. He set up an appointment to come take a look at my roof the same day. When he came out he told me he could come back to repair it at 5:30 since we had another storm coming in tomorrow that would cause more damage if it was not repaired. When I got home he had finished the repair and took pictures so that I could see what he had done. I would definitely recommend him and use them again!

He was very prompt with my roof repair, came out, quoted, grabbed supplies, and fixed my roof in just under 4 hours for a very reasonable price. He also cleaned up every bit of trash and material. Very highly recommended

They are great workers and will do it right. They fixed my roof vents and plywood that had rotted under one vent and found damaged shingles that leaked and rotted plywood and found more shingles and didn't charge extra.

I appreciated that everything happened as they said it would.

Henry and his crew arrived early and replaced my soffit, facia and metal roof efficiently and affordably. He even showed me where some repairs werenâ t necessary at this time. They cleaned up the old roofing materials, carefully searched for fallen nails and blown all dust particles away. Also, a standout in customer service is I noticed one of the workers making sure to clean all debris from my herb garden on the deck! Would definitely recommend!
