I am extremely satisfied with Fredonia Builders quality and workmanship on my dream home. While living out of town and building my retirement home has been challenging at times most of the issues have been out of the Builders and my control. I would not hesitate to use Fredonia Builders and look forward to retiring to Tennessee soon.

Please do not use this builder. Very dishonest and unethical. If I can save 1 person from using this company, this review is worth my time.

Fredonia Builders LLC built my CUSTOM home (of my own design) 2019-2020. I absolutely love it, and can't think of too many things I'd change. Lisa and Raymond ran a tight ship, and kept close track of all materials (quantities and qualities). Scheduling was good; workmanship was spectacular - I'm quite OCD, and the workmanship impressed me in every way. Lisa was agreeable to work with. I love every aspect of my home and enjoy showing it off to my friends and neighbors. Lisa was there with good advice when I wanted it, and didn't try to push me into unwise decisions.

Fredonia Mountain Builders is a premium home builder in Middle Tennessee. My wife and I are completely satisfied with the work. Our home is still â under constructionâ but will hopefully be completed soon. We have been on schedule for nearly all aspects of the build. There are always going to be weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances, but things have always gotten rolling again as soon as possible. Communication is a key element in a successful project and Fredonia Mountain Builders have always gotten back to us quickly and with a responsive attitude. We are fortunate to be able to be living in temporary housing nearby and we are able to be at the site within minutes for any questions. We are building a completely custom home that has never been built before so there are always going to be challenges and things that need to be changed on the fly because there may be something â in the wayâ like a floor joist or plumbing or whatever. As long as you are flexible and willing to change something that has to be changed then it wonâ t be a problem, just a little hurdle. Most times we have found that these little changes actually make it better anyway, and it always saves money. Lisa is an exceptional person and very friendly which makes working with her easy. I would recommend Fredonia Mountain Builders to anyone looking to build a custom home or any other construction needs.

Very dishonest company. We contracted in August 2023 to build our house. In October of 2023, the developer banned them from building any new house due to negative business practices. We had to find another builder. They would not refund our deposit despite verbally assuring us she would. Please find someone else
