Ductz Indoor Air Professionals

I was extremely misled by this company who did not provide the service at the cost they communicated. I never received a print copy of the quote, and the quote that was said out loud (and confirmed) was THOUSANDS less than the bill I received. (I even confirmed the number out loud and commented on how low the cost was, and the owner did not correct me to state the number I received on my bill.) Furthermore, had the owner (who gave the quote and then never followed up until he wanted payment -- also leaving me to ask the contract worker what was even going on or whom I paid and when and how in the midst of hazardous and unsafe living conditions due to disease risk -- clarified the price point when I REPEATED THE NUMBER OUT LOUD TO HIM AND COMMENTED THAT IT SEEMED LOW) been direct, honest, and forthright with me, my insurance would have stepped in to cover it. Don't trust them to communicate with you. Get another quote. Do more price shopping since they're willing to admit they messed up but aren't willing to do anything about it. Also, even if you don't think the number will meet your home insurance deductible amount, consult with them anyway. Now I'm retroactively trying to get insurance to help out, and they have many questions about the way the Ductz service was conducted AND concerns about the way it was documented.

Went as planned. The service tech showed up on time and was very professional. He cleaned the dryer vent and everything works well.

Never showed up X3 and never followed up after each missed appointment.

o.k. serviceman was able to solve a problem with the vent shutters.

I guess it went okay. My wife was home but I received no invoice or report on the work that was completed or any recommendations for the future. I was also supposed to receive a quote for cleaning our HVAC ducts but that was not provided.

Well but would likely have only had duct work replaced if know replacing was only way to ensure odor was removed. Cleaning likely would not have happened

I was not in town but my real estate agent took over and said all went well.

I called the office to schedule the vent cleaning and they were very professional and flexible, making me an appointment early the next week at the most convenient time for me. The technicians were actually running ahead of schedule on the day of my appointment and contacted me to see if it would be okay for them to arrive a bit early and this was fine with me. They arrived, explained to me exactly what they intended to do and, without wasting a minute, one was on the roof and the other checking the lint trap and connections behind my dryer. Ten minutes later they were done. They showed me before and after pictures and the bag of debris removed from my vent line. I was amazed that the dryer had worked at all. That was it. They suggested (no pressure) we set up an annual cleaning and I agreed I would do so. Before they left the house I requested a quote for cleaning my HVAC Ducts and units. They were very happy to go through the 3-zone house and give me a very detailed estimate. I was very pleased with the service and estimate and intend to have them back to do the whole house.

Did a great job and cleaned the pipe thoroughly, which was lined with a lot of excess lint from using my steam dryer. It seems to stick to the walls of the pipe more.

Everyone was very pleasant to work with.  There was a scheduling mishap where we weren't scheduled with the cleaning crew on the day we had agreed on but the scheduler was very apologetic and a group of guys showed up within two hours later and still performed a great job on the same day.  Once there, the guys were very cordial and easy to work with and kept the areas cleaned up as they worked.  Will use this company again in the future for dryer cleaning and heating/air unit cleaning

The guys did an excellent job, including sealing around some of the ducts where there were gaps between them and the ceiling and cleaning out the dryer exhaust and putting a new exterior cover on to prevent anymore birds from build a nest there. I will hire them again without question.
