First off I told Chandler what they said and he said “your unit isn’t old and you should get at least 10 more years out of it.” Right then I knew Rite-way was jerking me around. Chandler opened up the unit and found a loose wire. He fixed the wire and the unit turned right on. I was a bit nervous about drilling holes though plaster and lath ceilings to accommodate new vents and returns. From start to finish , these guys were amazing! This was not a cookie cutter project and they handled it with ease. Big shout out to Marcos and Brandon, etc., and to Jordan for taking the time to explain and suggest a superb system for my home. I also contracted for an electrical panel upgrade, which was also very labor intensive and multi pronged. Darren did an amazing job, wow! I honestly can't say enough nice things about Done Rite. I will be using them for all my electrical, plumbing needs in the future and recommending them to friends, some who have already used their services and quite pleased with the results. We called around to a few different places and had different estimates done. Scott was the only one that provided an all in estimate where the other places charged separately for every little thing. (I.e. tear out of old cabinets, haul away, reconnecting plumbing, etc) Scott and Winston took the time to understand what our desires were with the job and the finished project and were always willing tweak things along the way. Once the crew started they moved swiftly in removing old tile that had been down for 30+ years, cabinets, soffit, and wall. (Completed in a single day). The whole crew showed up on time and worked tirelessly to get it all done. All of the men that work with Cactus Nectar have been very pleasant, knowledgeable, willing to answer any questions we have come up with along the way, and very professional. If we picked out something that wouldn't be as durable or work like we had hoped Winston or Scott would bring it to our attention and give us the opportunity to switch it out and find something that would work better. "I have used Done Rite Services for couple of Plumbing jobs as well as fixing my Tankless Water Heater/Pump. They have done excellent jobs on all 3 occasions. The technicians that came- William for Tankless system and Danny for Plumbing issues - were both very professional, courteous, and are very experienced.
