The system has been working flawlessly ever since we purchased it and his technicians very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and respectful. We have had no issues with our Ac/heater unit since it has been replaced. The money that we are saving in electricity is amazing now that we have an efficient unit in place. Mike Carlson and his team are always available and the team consistently goes above and beyond. We did install a uv light in our Ac unit to keep bacteria and mold out of the ducts. Replacing that definitely increases our yearly maintenance fee, so I'm sure that the normal maintenance fee is much less for those that do not have the uv bulb. The price for our heating and Ac unit replacement was very reasonable and the equipment we received is top of the line. Mike Carlson's company is extraordinary and we highly recommend the company to all of our family and friends.

I was extremely pleased with the level of expertise and experience. This was an extensive and challenging job, but it was a relatively painless process on my end. I felt the price was reasonable, and I have used my new plumbing system for about 5 months now with absolutely no problems.

THE QUALITY OF THE COMPANY WAS WONDERFUL. I THOUGHT THE PRICES WERE PRETTY REASONABLE. WHEN THEY CAME THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND THEY GOT THE JOB DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

WHEN THEY CAME OUT TO SERVICE MY A/C THEY DIDN'T DO A VERY THOROUGH JOB BECAUSE THEY TURNED AROUND 2 DAYS LATER AND CHARGED ME FOR A BRAND NEW COMPRESSOR. I WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
