My A/C unit was blowing hot air out on Tuesday 4/15 and I called Dynamic Comfort who installed it that afternoon. On Wednesday 4/16 Will came out gave it a leak test and determined that I did in fact have a leak and he gave some refrigerant to last through the night which it did. On Thursday 4/17, Brandon came out and found the leak, but that was not the only problem, he stayed here for around 5 hours until he found the problem, which was a bad pipe that needed to be replaced. Brandon did a very through job in finding the problem and he wasn't going to leave until the problem was fixed. Dynamic Comfort has always provided me the most excellent service and this was another prime example. Kudos to them and their technicians Will and Brandon!!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Nate. He took the time to explain the history of the company (yeah a bit boring but nice to know) as well as the company's standing within the business community. He then went up and took a look over the unit that had not been touched in about eight years, When he came back down he took the time to explain what was going on with the unit, the good, the bad and the expensive! We discussed the best approach for the immediate remediation of most the issues. Took about two hours for him to take care of everything and the end cost was offset by purchasing a maintenance plan with them. So I am sure I will be seeing Nate again come the fall or spring. Yes I will definitely recommend.

Mike came to our house to do a much needed check-up on our AC and furnace, and make sure the thermostat was working well,.He was very well trained and told us things we could do to make our air conditioner work better. We will call him back in the fall.

We Win free services at the Tucson Home Show. COST WAS FREE and Excellent service!!! Charle service specialist came out took the time to explain everything in detail! Ask for Charle I will! I have home warrant insurance to cover this but they did a good write up on problems that need to be addressed!

Nate was extremely professional and thorough throughout the whole in-home estimate. Within the time he was he did a walk around our home to explain the AC installation options, inspected and explained the electrical work after verifying our home was capable to handle the AC. Nate was detailed while explaining all the available financing options and worked with us to ensure the best pricing available. It was definitely a pleasure to work with Nate on this project. It went great! I had a scheduled vacation and of course my unit goes out!!! DC was gracious enough in the Tucson summer to come asap. I was able to leave the state for my trip and came back to a nice cool home.
