The design was terrific and workmanship great. We now have a space to enjoy and use. As work was being done, people walking in the neighborhood would stop to compliment and asked for a business card. After the job was completed, the contractor met with us to answer any questions. Where the established lawn needed reseeding, a quality seed was used that had minimal weed contamination.

BEWARE of THE FINAL BILL, ITS NOT WHAT YOU EXPECT. American Eagle did a good quality job. However they were at our place for 4 hours with an experienced plumber and another person (journeyman, plumber, helper?) and they charged us over $3,600!!!! You read that correctly - a morning of work (parts were less than $250) and they charged over $3,600. I complained to the owner/manager and he said "yup it was more than I expected too" - but they did not adjust any prices. So be very very careful and get a written Total price before you start!!!!

We have an older south Minneapolis home, so needless to say, things have settled. The doors each took some time to install, but they look great and they're level. The guys they sent in were friendly (it can be quite awkward having people in and out of your personal space, but they were always easy to engage with). Mid-State Seamless GuttersEverything looks great for the most part. There is a gap left between where the downspout ends and the ground, so I placed a brick under it to level it out.
