"GREAT! Got home Friday afternoon and discovered water in the basement. The hose for the drain pan for the water heater was plugged and the pan had holes in it, water everywhere. First plumber got here and started cleaning up and removing the old tank and about 45 minutes later the second plumber showed with the new tank. We had to clean up the water and find a new drain pan and then they corrected the plumbing problems created by the last installation. They really knew what they were doing and took great care to keep the house clean and then cleaned up after themselves. Did I mention that it was below zero. I expected the final bill would be more than they quoted, but it was exactly what they quoted. There was a charge for after hours, but considering the competition (there was none) even my wife was happy. Erik and Devon were super nice and I just stayed out of their way.
