They handled it professionally and has outstanding job. They are efficient with the service and courteous. And they follow the safety protocol that we asked.

We used Ultimate Drain for a second time and they did great. They came out promptly and even ahead of schedule. They were friendly and very professional. They used their 80' snake to be able to reach our clog which was quite far down the pipe, and it worked. I would definitely recommend Ultimate Drain!

Jason arrived a few minutes ahead of the scheduled window, which was great.  He assessed the situation, figured out how to tackle the problem, and went at it.  It turned out to be challenging, which did not surprise me because this was the first clogged drain I've had in 11 years in my house.  Jason stuck with it and as a result I am now clog-free.  I am very grateful.

Troubleshooting was awesome - as I had initially thought my clog was within the main sewer line, however the technician (Jeff) quickly assessed the issue and pinpointed the source of the clog and associated back-up issues and was able to effectively clear it via entry using my laundry room floor drain access. In addition, after I placed my service call request, Jeff was at my house in about a 1/2 hour - Wow was that fast and timely! I could not be happier...great professional and super timely service at a reasonable price....highly recommend and will certainly use again if needed.

Called Ultimate Drain, and in a couple of hours an employee came and used a sewer auger to clean the drain. He presented a bill and was gone. Mission accomplished

I have used Ultimate Drain two previous times for clogged kitchen line (food/grease in 2006) and bathroom line (hair in 2009). Both times the technician was on time and was in and out of my house in 20 minutes. The charge for each of those calls was $75. All of the calls have been handled by the same technician. He is very professional and cleans up when he is done.

We used this company in 2006 and 2008 for drain cleaning services, the services provided then were very professional.   In August 2009 we again hired Ultimate Drain Services, Inc. and paid $250.00 for drain cleaning services (the technician noted on the receipt that he was only able to clean out a 3" opening), by September 2009 the main sewer drain was plugged and backing up into the house, I called Ultimate Drain Services, Inc. to take care of the problem and they charged us an additional $170.00 for services I believe were only necessary because the first technician was unprepared with the proper equipment.  After the 9/2009 service the drains were problem free until we got service again during August of 2010 from another company.

Later through completing a report about the situation on Angie's list the complaint for the additional charges was resolved when Ultimate Drain Services, Inc. refunded the $170.00 charges for the 9/2009 services. 

I called ultimate at 9pm the day before and they where able to come the next morning before 9am.  Ryan was very professional and easy to communicate with.  He explained in detail the condition of the line and what to expect in the future.  Ryan made sure everything was cleaned up before he left.  It is so nice to find a good help when things are going south.

My main drain had massive tree roots in it. They were out about 3 years ago to clear the tree roots. This time they had to use the camera in my drain as the tree roots were so extensive. They recommended performing yearly maintenance of the tree roots from now on. They did a very good job and I didn't need my line torn up from the street. I am very thankful that this service was done well and without additional excavation required.

We had a clog in our kitchen sink line. Ultimate Drain Services was actually referred to us by another plumber I called first. That plumber did not have a long enough snake and referred Ultimate. They were very professional, friendly and punctual. I thought the price was very reasonable. One of the best experiences I had with a plumbing company.

They saved us a lot of money by cleaning the sewer line as another company suggested replacing the main line instead of cleaning it. I have used them twice. The prices were good and they came quickly. They were friendly, professional and responsive. They cleaned up after themselves. They were good.

Great customer service and patience explaining the process. Options presented before work performed. Price was higher only because we opted for additional services.

I had a backed up main house drain. Ultimate Drain came out to fix it same day. The Serviceman did an excellent job. We have no sink in the basement, so he took off the cold water line to the washer and ran it to the drain for the washer so he could test that everything was indeed clear. The only hiccup was that the person who took my call gave my address as (numbered ave) North instead of (numbered ave) South. The serviceman called me from the road after going to the wrong address (or possibly and address that doesn't exist), and I gave him the correct one. He arrived not long after.

Our bathtub drain plugged up this morning. I tried a plunger and had no success. Just made a mess. I called Ultimate Drain Services at about noon, and they said they would be out between 1 and 3 p.m. They arrived at about 2:15; brought in their drain cleaning machine and in about 25 minutes they were all done. I was very satisfied with their work.

It went well. Discovered on Sunday morning (the day before Christmas Eve) that we had a stopped toilet and drain water backing up into pan beneath washing machine in laundry room. Checked Angie's, called Ultimate, and Ryan answered the phone (no answering machine). He asked if we had a septic (yes) instructed how to check to make sure it was not frozen, in which case he would have told us who to call instead. Was not frozen. He arrived in about 30 minutes and worked from inside and outside through septic system inspection pipe to clear the blockage. Made minimal mess, was respectful of interior areas (took shoes off before walking on carpeted areas, etc.) Weekend rate is double the standard weekday rate.

It cost twice the original estimate, but maybe that was because it took longer than expected.

4 P.M on a Friday afternoon is not the time you want to discover a clogged over-flowing drain in your office building. Attempts to plunge it made more of a mess. I found Ultimate on Angie's list and called. They said they could be out Saturday at 10 a.m and it would be time-and-a-half. Understandable, I agreed to come into the office. About 5 p.m I received a call on my cell phone from the service tech that he was heading through the area and could be there that night. Great! He came in and ran the power snake for 30 minutes or so and cleared the drain. He said it was a good 60-70 feet down and he was a bit worried it wouldn't clear, but it did. He mopped up after he was done. I asked if he could bill for the service - no problem. And the price was the best of all. Great service - beat expectations.

I did have significant problems with them coming at the time they said they would. They told me they were coming at noon, instead they showed up at 9 am right after I had left for work, but they didn't call to tell me that so I waited at my house taking a long lunch break from 12-3 until I finally called. They then told me the person came at 9 and left when no one was home. I finally rescheduled and they did come and completed the work finally. They then ended up mailing the bill to the wrong address! We finally got that fixed as well. It was a bit of trial and tribulation's to work with.

The guy who came out was wonderful! He gave us some great tips to keep our drains from clogging. I've never met such a passionate plumber! He was very enthusiastic about his craft.

Ryan showed up sooner than he had estimated and did a fabulous job. At first, he was concerned that we had a collapsed pipe because he couldn't get a 4 inch 'claw' past 8-10 feet. He switched to a 2 inch 'claw' and was then able to get all the way through and was able to determine that in the first 10-20 feet we have a number of 90 degree turns in our pipe layout - it is an older home. After his first time through the entire length of the line, Ryan then had us turn on the shower downstairs and as it ran, he went completely through the line again to ensure that as much debris as possible was cleared and flushed through the line. Things have been operating great since Ryan completed his work. Although the work wasn't cheap, it was a 'fair' price because I called around to several companies and everyone was on double time during the weekend and all were in the same price range.

Outstanding service! We had called a general plumbing service a month ago to clear the drain, and they did a poor job (even though they were highly recommended on AL). And they charged us $150! Ultimate was excellent. Came the same day we called, did the job in about 10 minutes. Jerry, the plumber, was both cordial and funny. Almost a shame we won't need to use them more often (we hope).
