"I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring Elite Flooring to do tile work in three rooms of my home in April 2023. I am sharing my honest review to shed some light on my disappointing encounter with this company. To begin with, the sample in the showroom of the tile I picked out was two years old. So when the actual tile showed up, it looked completely different from what I thought I was getting. I picked out another tile that I was happy with, and once again, they were like this sample is old. Let me get a newer one. Or, oh, this grout sample is old. Let's pull out the newer ones. The demolition and installation process was complete chaos. The workers made a huge mess, leaving debris behind and not cleaning up after themselves. The tile was laid unevenly in many places. As if that wasn't enough, the grout work was done improperly, resulting in pinholes, discoloration, and powdery areas. The general manager and supposed owner, Ryan Fradella, visited with a representative from Mapei, the grout supplier, to address the issue. However, since that visit, getting any response or assistance from Elite Floors has been a struggle. We have called the office several times, and Ryan will not return our phone calls. It's been five months now, and our floors are still UNFINISHED. We have not received any communication from anyone at Elite Flooring regarding fixing the ongoing problem. I now have no choice but to pay another company to come in and fix the grout. I will have to learn to deal with the uneven tiles because having the tile completely redone for a second time will cost me a fortune. Throughout this ordeal, the lack of professionalism and poor customer service from Elite Flooring has been evident. It is disheartening to think that a company that claims to provide top-notch flooring solutions falls short in terms of quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and honoring a contract."

"Very unprofessional. They replaced the tile counter tops with solid surface counter tops with integrated sinks. It took a lot longer than expected just for the counter tops to be ready. Almost two months before they called to say they were ready. When the crew showed up they immediately started tearing out the old counter tops. The crew seemed to be in a hurry during their work. They didn't cut or removed the silicone sealing the tile edges before tearing out the tile. They damaged the drywall and the frame of the bath mirror. At first they tried to say that the damage may have been there and then stated they are not responsible for damage. When they were done they left a lot of dust on the floor and a lot of chunks and sand like pieces inside the counters. I refused to sign the work order until the wall was repaired and they said fine and left. I tried to contact them but they did not return my calls until Lowe's intervened. They called and told me they would look into it and get back with me again later. Again, Lowe's intervened after contacting me about the service. They then told Lowe's that they were not responsible for damage."
