"It went perfectly. He came in and measured (and told me I needed less tile than I had estimated!) and then he even offered to pick the tile up for me at the store. He came first thing on the morning he said he would. I forgot to buy grout so he brought me grout in the exact color (light gray) I asked for. He finished the next day as he said he would. He was professional, polite, organized, and kept me up to date constantly by text since I was out of town or in town but at work. The actual labor and installation is beautiful. I couldn't be happier. After he left, I walked around the house to find other things he and his team could do. I wish I had found him earlier.
