"Very please with how everything came out, we wanted vinyl flooring in one room and ceramic tile in the other and the job was executed perfectly. Prior to beginning, on the second floor one room was completely unleveled with an huge hump. They addressed the issue, fixed it, and it was all done in a timely manner. He was a smoker and because of his health declining, was unable to keep up on some basic maintenance. After submitting a request for a quote through Angi's List, Dajuan responded promptly and professionally and answered many of my questions, that I'm sure were all over the place. Trying to handle a house project 1000 miles away and trying to find someone to do it was extremely overwhelming and stressful, especially while grieving, but Dajuan's understanding and communication made the process a lot smoother. He was able to meet me at my Father's house last minute while we were in town to go over some job options and gave me some advice to help me make some decisions. After a good month or so of a massive texting conversation, funding hiccups and decision making delays on my part, Dajuan and crew got the job done in the time frame I needed and came back in a timely manner to fix a couple things and complete a couple more jobs I added on at the end. He suggested a couple options for some weird issues in the house and pointed out some issues that need to be taken care of in the future that I can do on my own. Everything was perfect and the finished project came out 100x better than I had imagined and the smoke smell is gone! I am so thankful that the stars aligned to have found Dajuan and crew for this job. It was so nice to find someone who could tackle not only the painting but flooring installation, small kitchen remodel and stubborn ceiling fan installation. A package deal! "We were impressed by Chris, the owner of Flooring Encounters, right away, as he offered to meet us at the wholesale showroom to help us with the daunting task of picking out hardwood,tile, and carpet for our house. The whole house took a week, as our contractor originally predicted, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. "Sterilight is amazing! We bought a house that had been vacant and not kept up for at least a year. We brought in Chris and his team and they deep-cleaned every inch of the house, including 14-ft ceilings. They also did a germ-killing process, steam-cleaned the tile floors/grout, and cleaned every horizontal and vertical surface! All at an incredible price and in a very timely fashion.
