"I had them do the work on the kitchen tile and hallway. Originally, the deal was for grout cleaning and sealing. The technician told me I read it wrong and that the sealing was not included. I didn’t argue with the guy but I called the company afterward and left a message. They called me back saying it was miscommunication and they would send the guy back out. We made a second appointment time; the same guy came back out and put the sealant on. The grout was cleaned better than we expected. I appreciated that they finished the job as listed and I was very happy with their work."
