I first got one of the deals through Angie's List. They did such an excellent job, I hired them 3 other times for general house cleaning. They've worked for me over a couple of years. They were $50 an hour and then $60. I would usually hire a 2-person crew and they would complete the entire house in 3-4 hours.

They had 3 women come in and cleaning from ceiling to floor. The bathroom was a bit small so one of the women stood on top of the vanity counter top. I was not exceptionally fond of this but the spoke little english so it was difficult to get my point across. Overall, they did a great job.

Great response. They have been coming on time with a smile for over six months. I just discovered that they also do windows for an extra charge and had mine cleaned this week. Great job on that, too. I would highly recommend.

We now use this service as our regular house cleaner. There was an initial problem with scheduling but since then they have been in the promised window for appointments. They use a team of two or three for our house. Danna (owner) is very responsive. We are very happy with the service.

After I payed them and tipped the two employees, I was told that they could not give me a receipt as I was promised by Donna. So per a conversation, Donna said that she would mail me a receipt and email me one as well. After one month and many phone calls, I have not received any receipt. Also, the only items i had asked in advance that needed attention (dusty blinds, floor, and a little stain in the oven) were not done. I am easy going, courteous and trusting therefore disgusted by being cheated and lied to.

"Dear member, sorry you are so upset about not getting a receipt on the day of service. When you made the appointment I stated that crews are not able to issue receipts but that I would email you one as soon as job was completed. You stated you did not have an email and therefore gave me an address to mail. That very same day when you gave me the mailing address, your receipt went out. A week later you called stating you hadn't received it and we again mailed you a second copy. You then finally gave me an email address and we immediately emailed you a copy as well. I am sorry you were dissatisfied with the service although when I spoke to you after crew finished you said that everything went well and that was the reason for your generous tip."

Poorly. I couldn't tell they had been there. Called and someone came back to recline. I little better but definitely deep clean, which is what I paid for.

I hired Professional Cleaning to do an initial cleaning of my home. The team was punctual in arriving and did an excellent job quickly and efficiently. My home was pretty clean with the exception of the kitchen floor which I had not been able to clean well due to physical limitations. It needed a good scrubbing and they did a great job! All of the floors were clean and looking good. The house smelled nice and fresh when I came home and it was a relief not to have to spend my weekend cleaning again! I particularly enjoyed the fresh sheets they put on the bed for me as that is another task that is difficult for me. They did such a wonderful job I decided to hire them to come biweekly and am looking forward to having them clean on a regular basis. I was very pleased with every aspect in dealing with this company and Danna who I believe may be the owner. I appreciated the great customer service and responsiveness also!

The company was very good about responding by text and scheduling was easy. The crew was over an hour late, but they did a really good job cleaning. The only other hiccup was that I requested window cleaning, and they had said they could do the second story windows, but when I came back that evening, the upper windows had not been cleaned. However, the company did their best to make it right, coming back a few days later and attempting to clean them. Other than that, they did a very thorough job cleaning, including the kitchen, bathrooms, refrigerator and basement. They even cleaned inside the cupboards in the kitchen.
