My husband and I bought our house in 2021 that had 2 full baths. We needed a ½ bath/powder room when family visited. Also, we were not happy with the builder grade materials that came with the house and we decided to upgrade and add that powder room we wanted. My husband contacted 3 companies to give us a bid. Terra Mia Construction was the first one that came over to our house. Johnny, the owner, at the first meeting, came across to us as very knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted and made recommendations. We trusted him right away and my husband cancelled the appointments we had booked with the other two companies. We went to the showroom and was very impressed with the selections and the honest opinions we got from Terra Mia. Johnny went over the details and told us exactly how the work was going to start, progress and end. We signed the contract right away. Throughout the project, Terra Mia answered every question we had and always picked up the phone. This was big for us, as weâ ve had contractors in the past that would be difficult to get a hold off. Terria Mia was always available be it nights or weekends to respond. Best of all, we felt how honest and sincere Johnny was because he just showed us that he really cared about our expectations and the outcome to make sure that we were happy with the final product. And guess what? We also decided to remodel our entire kitchen and it turned out so amazing!! The powder room had the mid-century look and feel and our master bath no longer had the builder grade shower stall and Terra Mia made it look like a luxury modern bathroom. We are extremely grateful to Terra Mia, Johnny, and all his staff in making our standard looking boring home into a modern million-dollar home. We plan to show off our home to everyone we know and definitely recommend Terra Mia/Johnny to all our family, friends and neighbors. 5 stars across the board My project included re-doing an upstairs bathroom from top to bottom including removing a very heavy tub and installing new everything as well as re-doing the guest shower in the downstairs bathroom. I've worked with other contractors in the area for other projects, and to say Terra Mia is/was better is an understatement. Anthony [Last Name Removed] is an excellent Project Manager who had my best interests at heart and was "on top of it" for the whole project. (If you know me, you know I am high maintenance and worry about every little detail.) So, the fact that Anthony was doing all he could every day was much appreciated. He went above and beyond daily to work through unforeseen issues that popped up, and to coordinate with the different trades to resolve them. The tradesmen themselves were professional, efficient and accommodating to my whims and questions. The end result is better than I had imagined. Thank you, Anthony and everyone at Terra Mia.

After several estimates and appointments with other construction companies I came across Terra Mia Construction and I canâ t even begin to express my gratitude with Anthony Brown, project manager and his team. Mr. Brown was professional, diligent from our first call and encounter. From the day he walked inside my home, he guided me with a wide range of possibilities and ideas. I simply had to relay to him what I envisioned and he converted it into a reality with the help of his team. We were bestowed the opportunity to meet and sit down with the owner of Terra Mia, Johnny, his passion for his work is remarkable, his expertise is invaluable which mirror his work. At the beginning of our project, he was an absolute delight, and between Johnny and Anthony we had no concerns going into this project, I could not have been in better hands. Although, there were a few hiccups along the way as expected with any project/remodel, Anthony ensured I was content with the kitchen remodel and craftsmanship at all times. He has a keen eye to detail and would not accept anything but perfection! I absolutely love my kitchen!

We were very impressed with the teamwork and quality of craftsmanship of the remodeling team for our projects. Anthony Brown is a great project manager and guided our project from start to finish. When he makes a commitment, he keeps his word. He was vey attentive to all of our needs and was always available. We had two bathrooms remodeled and they came out beautifully. He had an amazing team of "craftsmen consisting of Frank, Victor, Victor Jr., Calvin, Carlos, Benji, Homero, Javier and Sonnie (designer of cabinets). Our project was completed on time and within budget. We are very satisfied and would not hesitant to use them again.

The crew was professional, and the project Manager, Lola Piris, went above and beyond to make sure the projects came together and were completed on time, with little or no disruption to our lives. I'd use them again in a heartbeat

This was a wonderful company to work with. The employees from this company were very knowledgeable. Did a very good job cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them when I remodel my bathrooms. I will definitely have them do it. The owner. Johnny is wonderful to work with.

Got tile was super expensive and it isn?t the best

Gabriel finished our flooring and backsplash project today. First off, I had 4 contractors come to our house for design consultations. After meeting with the first three, I was ready to scrap the project. All of the three contractors were in such a hurry to measure and get to their next job, that they were walking out my door while I was asking questions, telling me an estimate would be emailed to us within a few days. My anxiety and stress levels were out the roof! And then, Lola from your Terra Mia Construction came to the appointment. She patiently and knowledgeably explained the process to us, took measurements, and told us she would give us a ballpark estimate then and there. She answered all of our questions, and gave us suggestions in the areas we were unsure of. After giving my husband the â secret lookâ , I told Lola we were going with Terra Mia. She took my anxiety and stress completely away, and left me feeling totally confident that we would get the floor and backsplash we desired. After Lola left the appointment, I immediately called Terra Mia to schedule an appointment to go to the showroom and pick our products. The installation went so smoothly. Gabriel is such a gentleman, and talked the process step-by-step with us before he started the job. He is such a happy person, and takes great pride in his work. He cleaned up the site at the end of each day. The job he did is beautiful, and I am extremely happy. Thank you Terra Mia for making this process such an enjoyable one for me.

I was impressed the moment I walked into their showroom. We were greeted by one of the project Managers (Lola) and the owner Johnny. We told them we were looking to remodel are master bath. We spoke to Johnny and asked some questions and right then and there I knew I was going to hire this company. Lola came to our house to do our estimate and that was a great experience. Lola was so thorough and nice. Great personality. Quality of work is amazing. Very clean, everyone that was involved in the remodel was professional. I want to say this if you are looking to have a major remodel done consider Terra Mia Construction.

I was hesitant to go forward with removal of my gas fireplace, replacing with an electric fireplace wall, but Johnny's proposal gave me the confidence to move ahead and the result was amazing! Everything was performed as promised and his workers were truly professional. I told Johnny I wanted the best fireplace in Summerlin & he and his crew delivered. I highly recommend.

I hired them to do my fireplace wall, it was a big project. Stone stacks, 78 inch electric fireplace and custom shelves. It looked exactly like I imagined it! So ready to do my kitchen and bath! Thanks Lola and Terra Mia team for making my vision a reality!

The project was done in a timely manner, everyone involved did an exceptional job, very professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for an honest company. My kitchen is beautiful, I am very happy with the kitchen upgrade.

They were very professional and did an amazing job modernizing our home. We had LED recessed lights installed and removed some outdated arches in our interior home design. What a difference! All of the workers were on time and professional. Johnny was a pleasure to work with and had great ideas for our home. Definitely would recommend.
