"This is only a limited summary. Buyer, especially seniors, BEWARE! Average product, but very poor installation quality and workmanship. BCI-BathPlanet of Indianapolis arrived an hour late without calling, and no return calls from the office, sales rep., or service manager. They damaged three areas of an adjoining wall into another room using a Sawzall. And, they left without telling me. I had to cleanup the paint and drywall debris. The next day they arrived, and I showed they the damage. They admitted they damaged the wall using the Sawzall. I withheld $500 of my payment. It should have been at least $4,000. They promised the following business day, a Monday, they would have someone call to make the repair that day, but they did not show and did not call. When I called their Customer Service, BCI-BathPlanet would not return my calls total of about 20 times. I had to stop by their office twice but they claimed "there was nothing they could do" to make the service manager return calls. They refused to have the owner call me. Our sales rep. used deceptive sales practices by claiming to be a part-owner. The office told me he was not a part owner. When I visited the office they said I could only talk with the service manager. Shower shelves fell off the walls. Caulking was very poor. After almost three months they finally attempted to make some initial repairs. So.e were satisfactory, but others were so bad I had them remove parts of the decorative trim because they said "it was the best they could do"."

"I asked for bids from 3 Angi recommended contractors. Of the 3 only TAG was bit aggressive and pushy. I did not hire them. When I informed Tyler that I was going to choose a different contractor, his response was that they didn’t need my job (I have the text messages). This simply confirmed that I made a wise decision. Having a major project done to your home is stressful enough without having to deal with a general contractor with an attitude. The contract they offered also made me a little uncomfortable too. Overall, just less than a positive experience."

"I contacted Critter Removal LLC because raccoons got in my attic again. I had this issue once before and the company I called out, used a sonar and said they got the raccoons out and cleaned up. However, after realizing they got back in, I decided to contact a different company, Critter Removal LLC. It turns out, sonars really don't do much to get rid of the racoons and the prior company didn't put anything up to keep them from getting back in. Critter Removal did. They emailed me before each visit to let me know what time the person would be there and he was always on time. I also get a warranty for a few months for the work. Dillon was who they sent and he was prompt, courteous and took time to explain things to me, even things I wasn't sure I needed to ask. Based just off that initial experience, I would hire them again."

"Warning! Avoid this company at all costs!!!! Realtor hired them to do a whole list of things. They did one thing on the list, remove insulation from floor joist. They were supposed to remove debris from crawl space, lay vapor barrier, fix ducting, place floor jacks with concrete footers in one area of home - needless to say, they removed the insulation. They place black plastic down for vapor barrier (supposed to be clear so you can see and detect water, duh) and not with 6" overlap and seal with 6" along exterior walls, they ripped every duct line they attempted to hang, placed a rubber 'Y' piece in to fix tub drain line - every time you ran water in tub it would kink and back up into tub, they cut original floor support boards about an inch-inch and half and placed concrete paver under them and then door shims to hold in place, needless to say 4 of them were not even touching the paver - never placed a floor jack like they were supposed to. Within the last year, Bruce has reimbursed 1% of what they were paid to do. He lies. He avoids any conversation or communication to figure out what's going on.. Avoid this company!!!!!"

"Foam insulation was installed spring 2018 first couple of years no problems then we noticed exterior walls in master bath, childs bedroom and exterior closet walls cold with condensation on electrical plugs. when remodeling master bath in 2023 contractor notified us of the "foam insulation "had broken down to almost a powder form. Same with kitchen walls during remodel, Called company in October 2024 was told they would come out before Thanksgiving. Something came up they cancelled . Another appointment was set for Friday December 13th Received a call from lady who stated the inspector was "bad"sick and couldnt make it today. also stated they would call us after the first of the year to reschedule. Never called so we called them and left a message. When guy finally called back and again I explained how cold it was his response was "We are currently having unusually cold right now in Indiana so no insulation is going to work well" So we need to wait a couple of weeks to come out I will have my office call and schedule" to this date we have still not heard back from company to come out and make this issue right. We would not recommend this company as their customer service is less than stellar."
