Foam insulation was installed spring 2018 first couple of years no problems then we noticed exterior walls in master bath, childs bedroom and exterior closet walls cold with condensation on electrical plugs. when remodeling master bath in 2023 contractor notified us of the "foam insulation "had broken down to almost a powder form. Same with kitchen walls during remodel, Called company in October 2024 was told they would come out before Thanksgiving. Something came up they cancelled . Another appointment was set for Friday December 13th Received a call from lady who stated the inspector was "bad"sick and couldnt make it today. also stated they would call us after the first of the year to reschedule. Never called so we called them and left a message. When guy finally called back and again I explained how cold it was his response was "We are currently having unusually cold right now in Indiana so no insulation is going to work well" So we need to wait a couple of weeks to come out I will have my office call and schedule" to this date we have still not heard back from company to come out and make this issue right. We would not recommend this company as their customer service is less than stellar.

They drilled into my house.Hit the air conditioning line cost me 1375.00 to get it fixed, they agreed to pay half that was over a month ago. Have not heard from them Keith keeps giving me the run around talking about. He needs to talk to the owner and I've had enough of their bull c*** I hired an attorney who will be contacting them. And hopefully they will have to pay that plus court cost and my attorney fee.Since they wanna mess around with 6 hundred and seventy dollars. And I also made a mistake.I paid them in full before the work was done.Never give these crooks your money

Terrible experience with Extreme Green. Horrible customer service and even worse foam product. Installed foam 12/2023 and paint started bubbling up and peeling off the walls in February 2024. The area started small, but grew larger over time. When asked to provide a technical explanation as to WHY their product is seeping through the wall and peeling off EVERY layer of paint, I was yelled at by Keith, the General Manager, blaming the paint on my 70+ year old home. No further communication from Extreme Green on a cause or a resolution. Extreme Green foam insulation has ruined my home and possibly created a risk to my family's health. The person who recommended this company had the SAME issue. The paint bubbled up and peeled off the wall in EVERY room where the insulation was installed.

"This review is totally and absolutely false and is being contested! There is absolutely no truth in this review at all! Over 98% of reviews on our company over all platforms are either 4 or 5 Star Ratings! Also, we have successfully completed hundreds if not thousands of homes and have never experienced this! Here are the facts: Approximately two months after we completed this project the customer calls us to say she has a couple of small spots in her bathroom. We found she had two very small spots in her bathroom where her paint was peeling (one about 5", and one about 2") most likely from condensation or humidity. These were not caused by our foam insulation. It is impossible as it is a very thick and dense foam insulation. To prove to her that it wasn't our foam, we drilled out a full depth core sample of our foam to show her that it was totally rigid, dry, and dense as it should be. Also, our foam is 100% non-toxic. It is totally safe for families, kids, and pets! It has nothing dangerous in it at all! Also, our general manager, which is one of the nicest people I know, has received tons of compliments over the years for being so kind, caring, and informative. He didn't yell at all, he simply explained that those two tiny spots were not caused by our foam. She didn't like that. He went to this customer's home to offer our help, explaining that we are an excellent company that stands behind our products and service. He offered to repaint her bathroom wall and to give her compensation for her time. She said no, she wanted more. She was very aggressive towards him! We have been out to this customer’s home five times attempting to please her in any way possible. She has refused every offer. How can a person complain about a company bending over backwards to help them and then being aggressively refused? We are always willing to go the extra mile to make a customer happy, and our offer still stands to help this customer. It is a very sad day when people can post complete untruths, without any recourse."

Extreme green insulated my attic and walls of my house the first week of June this year 2023. I had been complaining about high energy costs with Duke Energy. I cancelled my budget billing plan with them at $280 per month and mid July got my first bill after insulation of $109. I was thrilled. Hadn’t seen that number on a light bill for MANYyears. It is still early on and I will know better after winter. However I really liked the team that did the work. Kevin and Nate were super nice and professional and did a great job. My heat pump hardly ever kicks on and it used to run nonstop. I don’t hear as much outside noise in the neighborhood either. Kind of soundproofed the firecrackers this year. As it stands today insulating with Extreme Green has been one of my best moves as a homeowner.

So I have been waiting to write a review to see how well the company treated their customers after they finished the job and I’m not happy at all. In the beginning they seemed like they k ew what they where talking about, but after the three times they have been out it’s been horrendous. I’ve been lied to by the manager and crew about follow ups that where suppose to happen, about the walls that where damaged in my house because of their incompetence. Plus to top it off my bills haven’t changed a bit. This company is shady as h***. If your looking yo get a professional job done I urge you to go with someone else. They take your money and don’t follow through with their warranty. Buyers beware

The first crew did such a crappy job that there was.no change in our heating or cooling bills. It took 2 years to get them back out after complaining several times. The 2nd crew injected twice as much insulation and ever since we have been comfortable in out home and our heating and cooling bills have cut in half. We are still waiting for the reimbursement the manager said he would get for us for 2 years of high heating and cooling bils because of an inept crew.

Extreme Green came out and foamed my home and insulated my attic last year. I waited to post a review until I had the opportunity to see how well it worked. I was very pleased with their crew when they came out to my house, they were very nice and very professional. After giving it about a year now, I can say that my electric would usually average $160 to $200 a month, it now averages around $90 to $120 a month. Also, my comfort level has really improved, it made a night and day difference to the comfort of my home. I could actually feel the difference right after they insulated my home. Also, my air conditioner and furnace used to run all the time, now they run about half as much. Overall, the extreme green foam in my walls and the attic insulation has lowered my utilities and has really improved the comfort level of my home. I highly recommend Extreme Green Foam Insulation, they did a wonderful job on my home.
