I didn't really know how to go about the process but once I spoke to him he told me what to do next. He came out to our house, assessed the damage, took pics and educated us on the process. "Fast response and fast tuneup/preventative maintenance. Work took 30 minutes for lubricating/tightening bolts as well as replacing two hinges because the #1 hinge had a hairline fracture around 1 cm in length. Overall, a professional service, however I thought the price for the work performed was higher than my past experiences with Welborn. P.S. there is now a service call fee on top of the cost for repairs/preventative maintenance. No Angie’s list discount available at the time I had work done, however, there was a Spring $50 off promotion in effect for repairs that was applied.
