He did an excellent job. I found him on Angie's List. The price wasn't astronomical and the service was excellent. He is dependable, pleasant, showed up on time, took a lot of care and fixed the problem. So rain doesn't get in our house anymore.

My existing french patio door had an unusual width, 73 1/2 instead of standard 72. I was going to buy the door from HomeDepot at first, but any time you custom order, the price more than doubles from their in-stock price. So, I just had Caleb get the door from his supplier. I got a Masonite door installed for $1250. Caleb brought the door and custom made it on site, frame and all. The new door has a nice frame that has vinyl bottom to prevent it from rotting, which was one of the reasons why I got this door replaced. As mentioned in other reviews, Caleb is very skilled and detail oriented. During installation, he noticed that the header board was not properly secured and even fixed that. Overall, I was very impressed and very happy with the new door.
In fact, I was so happy with the installation that on the very same day I asked him for an estimate on a new job. For some reason, my house doesn't have access to attic space above my kitchen. So, I asked if he could install a door from my living area upstairs that can lead to that area. I obviously hired him again. Caleb ordered a solid core door and installed it another day. He opened up a hole through the drywall, installed new frame for the door, did all the weather stripping since it's facing attic space. Door and installation cost $600. Again, I am very happy with the installation. I'll definitely hire Caleb for all my future door needs.

Needed our door replaced quickly and Caleb accommodated our schedule...knowledgeable, fairly-priced, clean, accurate work....we will use Legacy in the future for sure....

Jacob did an excellent job!  He paid attention to every detail and spent considerable time making sure everything was aligned and perfectly installed.  We plan to use him again when we replace our front door.

Caleb was very professional and punctual. Most importantly, his prices are fair and his work is top notch! His attention to detail is greater than any contractor I've used in the past. I definitely plan on using him again in the future.

Legacy Door Services was polite, professional and prompt.  He made a good appointment, called ahead and was on time.  Set up in the back yard.  His work did not bother anyone in the house.  Although our kats were very curious and supervising his every move, he was very polite to them.  Finished product better than I expected.  He cleaned up inside and outside of the external door to the back yard.  Checked the locks and showed me how they worked.  He looked at another door that we may want to replace and helped us understand everything that would be required if we replace it.

Great - Caleb did a fantastic job! He was very responsive and helpful both before and after the installation. After completing the installation he noticed that the alarm system wasn't sensing the new door (I didn't even think to check!). He quickly found and resolved the problem. Caleb does not set a window, like 1-4:00 when he will come.  He gives you an exact time and he is right on time!  I wanted some nice new hardware for the new door.  He helped me pick a reliable brand and told me the place to go to order it.  His communication was excellent.

When he arrived on the job, he quickly set up shop and got to work.  I have an older home and it turned out the new door would not exactly fit the old space! (The old door was a simple slab of wood.) He gave me several options and I picked the one I thought would look best.  His skill and experience are amazing!  His attention to detail let me know precisely what each option would look like and how it would fit into the old opening.  He also had to find molding to go around the door to match the old molding on a nearby window.  (I had not thought about that, but he said it would look better if they matched like they had before - and It did.  That is what I mean about his attention to detail.) 

After the job was completed he cleaned up.  The front porch which is stone looked better than it did before he came!  His vacuum must be very powerful because dust and dirt were gone and it looked like it had been scrubbed.

Bottom line:  he is a very skilled & experienced professional who gives nothing but top quality service!

I wish there was a higher grade than A to give. Calib did a remarkable job. Very professional and easy to communicate I would recommend for any new or repair work.

Caleb did a fantastic job.  Our front door is very warped and the weather-stripping wasn't doing its job.  He came out right away to give me an estimate of the repair - and also let me know that we would eventually need to replace the door unit but the repair would get us by for a while.  The repair was done just a few days later.  He showed up right on time, worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up and was on his way in about an hour.  No more daylight or cold air through the front door!   We will definitely be using him to replace our front door.

Caleb worked with us from beginning to completion to help insure we were completely satisfied with the replacement of our front door. He presented several alternatives for us to consider before we finally decided on one. Caleb went with me to Home Depot when I placed the order for the custom door, and his knowledge allowed me to order the right door (and only the options I needed) the very first time. He picked up the door from Home Depot and arrived on time for installation appointment. His installation of our new door is excellent !! This door is much better installed, and a better fit, than the original door installed 5 years ago when we bought on our new home. I recommend Caleb/Legacy Door Services without any reservations...

They put in a beautiful Amish front door that is guaranteed to withstand the southern exposure during Dallas summers!  The craftmanship of the door and the installation with new frame is great.  The lower scores reflect the difficulty we had in getting an appointment for measuring the door before ordering it.

AWESOME..  Wow where do I begin.. Caleb did excellent work.  2 day project.  First day he helped me pick up my new patio door unit from Lowes.  Installation was quick and the attention to detail was excellent.   Second day was for replacement of my steel front door unit with a new wood door unit.  The door required some adjustment to fit the space.  Again very professional install. The doors that were removed were poorly installed and Caleb corrected the problems. And now I have two new doors that will be enjoyed for many years to come.  I would highly recommend Legacy Doors to anyone wanting a professional installation with superb workmanship.

The provider came out immediately after my call around 9pm on Sunday evening, which we appreciate. The door was unlocked without breaking the old lock. Very nice!

The work was completed quickly and correctly.  I was very satisfied with the end results.  Will definitely call Caleb for my future door repair or replacement needs.

Caleb arrived on time for the estimate.  He is a very polite and professional person.  He spent the time necessary to evaluate the doors and made good suggestions.  He followed up with an email estimate for the job.  After agreeing to the work to be done, Caleb arrived on time for the scheduled work and worked diligently until the project was completed.  I am pleased with the end result.  The new threshold looks much better and the doors a sealed tightly.  This was very important to be since I have solid wood floors on the inside of these doors.  I will call Caleb again when I need work performed on my doors again.

In preparation for selling my home, the front and back exterior doors needed to be repaired.  The repairs included threshold, casement and weatherstripping replacement as well as painting the replaced wood.  Calib did an excellent job on time.  He also adjusted my storm door for me.  These repairs required carpentry, grouting and painting, all of which were done professionally.  The doors close solidly and the weather was sealed out. 
 
My only regret is that I waited until I was selling the house to have Calib repair the doors.

Kaleb did a great job in no time at all! I think the entire job from start to finish was no more than 20 min..
Kaleb came by one day to take measurements of my door frame, and knew exactly what I wanted.
He ordered the glass and at the next appointment (4 days later), he seemlesly made the replacement.

I found through Angie's list Caleb's services.  First I liked that he only provided door type services.  This was his specialty.  Next I read all the reviews and he was highly recommended.  I then went to his website and liked what I saw about him and the services he provided.
I next contacted him via email to talk about my situation and he responded the same day.  The work to install the French doors was unique in that the opening had never had any doors there before so he couldn't just take the doors down and put up new one.  He had to build out the opening to fit the door jambs and then install the doors.  The second issue with the opening is that the opening's height was about 4 feet higher than the doors.  We decided to leave that open so his challenge was to compete the door install with all of those requirements.   He had to run to Lowe's which was close by to pick up needed parts that didn't come with the door itself.
Caleb came through with flying colors and explained everything that he was going to do and then did it.  The doors were installed that same day and even though it took him longer than either of had expected, it was still done to my satisfaction.
