He arrived promptly and because of his skills and experience, he finished my repair efficiently and quickly. I also appreciated that he shared knowledge about common issues and repairs for my specific door, even offering to improve the alignment and latching from the prior installer. You should consider him for your future project; don't DIY! I certainly look forward to using his services again.

I had a problem with my 1970's era sliding door. After requesting bids from several different companies the only one who even bothered to respond was William. (Which he did within an hour) The door was actually riding on the frame rather than on it's broken wheels and thanks to poor door design the only way to replace the wheels was to remove the glass. HOWEVER, William came up with a solution that allowed the wheels to be changed out without removing the glass. Keeping the price within my very tight budget. Kudos to William and his son for the fast service and going above an beyond to help my wife and I. If you need work done on your doors, look no further. I couldn't be happier.

They were GREAT!. Good, fair, quote for removing the old door and installing the new door. They showed up on time, did what they said they would and cleaned up and removed the debris. 2 year warranty on installation and will come and level the door it it gets out of level. I would definitely recommend this contractor without reservation.

His application of new technologies, such as the 3-D laser lever, combined with years of hands-on experience in the trade provides a new level of reliable repairs to doors that were designed and functioned for years before the electronic tape measure was proven to be reliable. His door side manner was clearly professional as he kept the clutter clear of the work site to provide safe access to the door for himself and anyone who needed to pass through the area near the door. He and his helper arrived on time, had the supplies that were needed to install the door. The team kept the work area clean as they created waste by collecting trash and placing it in a large black bag. The true challenge was the doorway was out of square and twisted from the house settling for over 40 years. His knowledge of sliding doors provided a unique solution to the problem. It will take a close inspection to reveal his level of expertise for the typical homeowner to appreciate his skill.

Great Job he has done for our Greatfamily. He and his apprentice took on the job of reframing the expensive accordion panoramic glass doors for the house that the original contractor messed up. He took the time to explain the nature of the problem and came up with the resolution. They even worked on weekend to help us through the process. Very reasonably priced for their service too.

I was having a very large and heavy three panel sliding door installed in my house. They took their time to ensure everything was done correctly. It ended up taking multiple hours longer than anticipated due to its size, but they did not cut any corners and made everything look perfect. They cleaned everything up on the inside and outside of the house and made it look like they were never there.

We used William to fix our 16 foot folding patio doors and we could not be happier with the result! We had a complete patio remodel done by another contractor 4 years ago, which included installation of the large patio door. We found that over time the doors dragged on the floor, eventually making it impossible to open them all the way. We contacted William and found out from him that installation of these doors can be difficult and the average contractor does not have the expertise or experience to know how to install them properly. William came over and spent the entire day removing the doors and reinstalling them correctly. We were so happy to be able to use our doors as they were intended! It has been 6 months now and they still work like a charm! William is very friendly and easy to work with. He was very responsive and was able to work around our schedule. I'm a pastor of the church of the nazarene and was in desperate need of some security for the fellowship hall and Sunday school classrooms. The problem I was having was getting constant homeless people continuing to break into the rooms during the week when nobody was around. So I asked William for help since he is my son-in-law and has an extensive knowledge of doors. Other quotes I got for security measures were way to much for our smaller church to afford but the security issues were very concerning because they would even urinate in the halls when we were away. William came the next day and bored added all new deabolts and long security screws to each door of the church that didnt have a deadbolt, 12 doors to be exact. He also helped me add additional lighting to some if the darker areas around there as well to help keep them from sleeping in the halls(I didnt even know he knew electrical too!) I was very impressed with his knowledge and professional approach to the issues we had and it resolved them! We got our church back! And at the end of the day the only form of payment he would take was letting me take him to his favorite restaurant for dinner and he spent 2 days there working for charity of the church! I couldn't recommend anyone else for your projects.

I needed to have a very large and very heavy triple sliding patio door installed on my house. I called up William at Patio Door Pro to get the job done. They had the old door and frame out and built the new frame on site and got everything installed in a very timely manner. All the steps were taken to ensure that it was secured to the house and all the doors were installed and a lot of extra time was spent by William to make sure everything was level and sliding properly. Everything was cleaned up off the job site and made it look like they were never here. Very happy with the install and will be calling them back when it's time for the next job.

Fabulous experience with them! They spent long and meticulous hours replacing some windows and patio doors for us. When it was uncovered that the original owners took short cuts, they put in extra time to make sure the job was done right. Definitely will use in the future!
