They did a very good job, very efficient, professional and knowledgeable.

Working with Lowes was not a good experience. I had to call multiple times for them to schedule service. I also had to speak with Manager because the scheduling department did not send an estimate. Took Lowes over three weeks to schedule and install an exterior door. I could of had this done quicker from another company. After I paid for door and services, I still had to call Lowes again bacause they did not contact me with a date or time. Finally, the day of installation, Lowes did not tell me I needed to purchase a lock and door knob. Had to return to the store. The manager gave me the door knob for free because of numerous problems. Because of the The only good part was the private contractor that installed the door. The final product was great but the process was painful.

They were great. Their responsiveness was good, they were great. They were punctual. They were very professional, nice guys, prompt. Two guys came out to hang the door. They were out here for about an hour, hour and a half.

Lowe's was doing a promotional sale. We bought 3 appliances from them and got 1 free with the energy store equipment. I didn't have any problem with the gentlemen there. They were very helpful with whatever I needed.

I knew the exact model of washer and dryer that I wanted, and because I was moving from out-of-state, I needed to arrange for the purchase over the telephone. I sought out Lowe's simply because I had a 10% off coupon. I found a manager (finally) willing to help me complete this transaction over the phone (after several calls and being very persistent). They were very flexible about the delivery date/time. However, when they came to install, they couldn't figure out how to get the washer to properly drain out the back into the pipe (which was flush in the wall). The installers finally left me with the washer sitting in the middle of the floor and advice to call a plumber! After fiddling with the pipe placement myself for about 15 minutes, and removing the plastic casing at the end of the washer drain hose, I was able to install the drain myself. What a hassle!
