Called on Thursday and agreed time for Friday. Nate turned up at the agreed time, did a great job. Looked at the same door openers on Amazon and their installation price and it was pretty close to what Nate quoted for the parts and labor for replacing two door openers. Would definitely use the company again

Worker came on time, diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs in about :20 minutes. This company is a life saver and has been at other times as well!

The service was exceptional. Even though he had to drive from the Garland area, he showed up on time. He checked everything thoroughly; lubricated tracks, rollers, hinges. No repairs were needed. The door now runs smoothly. He gave me suggestions on how to keep it in shape and gave suggestions on types of types of garage door openers when mine is no longer repairable. Mine is very, very old.

Nathan arrived at the schedule time.  He asked some questions about how the door and opener were operating.  I told him that the opener did not open and close the door as smoothly as it did before I had to replace the spring for the door last December.  He went to work making adjustments to the door, lubricating parts, etc.  When he was finished the door was working a lot smoother.  I am happy with his work and will use them again when needed.

Fred showed up on time and went right to work.  In about :30 minutes he was done and we both felt that door system would operate well for at least the next year.  Routine maintenance.

He called to make the appointment for Thursday afternoon, then called back to see if an earlier time would work. He showed up right on the dot for the early time, very professional appearance. He gave me a price quote which I accepted - it was much lower than others advertise! He got his tools and the new spring out, went straight to work and had everything done in 25 minutes.
He told me the chain was loose (I knew that), but he didn't see the normal signs of a worn sprocket. Tightening it could make it wear faster, so I agreed with his advise that it should stay as it is until it eventually fails (it's 20 years old right now).
He wrote a receipt, I paid him, and he was getting in his truck to leave in a half hour. I'm definitely happy with the results, and price and will call them back if it ever needs other service.

Fred made it look easy (Me knowing very well that it is Not) and the results were Excellent and really Fast. would Highly recommened to anyone that has any kind of garage door issue or repair... or just need a check up. The door would open but not shut.  Fred adjusted the light sensors, tightened up the door, repair a brace and oiled the joints and springs.
