As a homeowner, mother and wife she understands very well the dynamic of being a homeowner and her number one priority is leaving happy every customer. Our company adopted Tanya's high standards to serve our clients. We do put door mat to wipe our feet, we do put floor protectors on our shoes, we cover with drop sheets if the job is bigger and requires multiple in and out of the house. We cover walls and floors with plastic if the job is messy, we protect our customers property.

Frozen broken pipes are a much more difficult item to put a price tag on. The best course is to try to correct it as soon as possible: These tend to get worse rather than better, which means more costly. You will obviously be paying more for after hour emergency services, but time is of the essence.
