I am a property manager and real estate broker and have used Medlin's plumbing many times. He was the only plumber willing to install a clients self purchased hot water heater. It took some time, but they worked really hard to make sure the job was done right after it turned into a complicated mess. They also killed a copperhead snake that was on the walkway that I had never seen.

"This customer lives out of state. Property management controls his rental property. They require a 30 day pay out. I do not do a 30 day pay out. So I require ( rare circumstances) pay up front. This guy knew this from the beginning. He had to be on medication. The worst customer ever. I've been in plumbing over 40 years."

Dave picked up the new water heater at Home Depot and arrived on site with time to spare. The installation went smoothly. Once completed, Dave discussed the operation of my pressure reducer valve (PRV) which may need replacement in the future. We also took the opportunity to "chew the fat" and swap "war stories". I would definitely ask for Dave's assistance in the future. RHx

DAVID of MEDLIN PLUMBING had someone drop of a 50 Gallon Gas direct vent Water Heater. He got there on time. He move us from Wednesday to Tuesday. Installed around 1:00 PM. Great timely work. Thanks David

Dave Medlin is an easy guy to work with, a great personality yet sticks to the business at hand. Medlin plumbing did a good job for us on replacing our old water heater. Mr. Medlin called me on the phone asked a few questions and had me send him a photo of my old water heater. He gave me a price which was very reasonable. Hundreds of dollars less than the competition. He emailed me a contract. He showed up a few days later. He was on time and completed the installation within a few hours. He cleaned up and hauled the old water heater away. How can you ask for more? I would highly recommend him.

AWESOME!!! David Medlin's Plumbing Repair was prompt, professional, and informative!!! They were willing to explain everything they did to me and told me things I could do on my own if I wanted to change the water pressure. I will definitely hire them again!!!
