HOTCO was GREAT! Very knowledgeable and HONEST! Work was scheduled right away and the job was complete on time with no issues! I would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone.

HOTCO was the first company to call from Angie’s and the first available to help with my emergency same day. He helped me over the phone to pause my leak until he could arrive then saved the day replacing my unit. Although this is not a “fun” time it went as best as it could have.

David provided great service and was very clear and transparent about what I needed and what my options were. I would definitely recommend him and use him again in the future.

He was very clean and courteous and came with all the parts and tools to do the job right the first time. within an hour we had our hot water back. Dave Durham (Owner) is the epedomy of a true and honest professional. Extremely knowledgeable and did not sell any products which he felt were not necessary for my repair.
