Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. As the washer was 6+ years old and there were holiday sales I opted to purchase a new unit. This is the 3rd time I have worked with Neli. All instances have been very productive and positive."

Their installation was poorly executed, and we ended up having to hire another company to fix their mistake ? costing us even more money on top of what we already paid Groundworks.
