CAROLINE J.
Sep 2018
Home Building
took down chimney and fireplace, put crack in foundation, left open to outside elements, rain came in one window, never repaired siding or put in other window. 4 weeks of work and he charged labor as if he worked 40+ hours a week - took second window with him when he left. Did not seal the roof when chimney was taken out - open to elements, did not seal around he window he put in and I had rain coming in. That firs window was not level and the screen was already coming undone in one of the side windows of the framed window he put in. Brent did a very bad job and was still asking me to pay more that the $7500.00 that he charged to start the job. He did nit even get a city permit on the job.
