Very well. the plumber was punctual, competent and polite. finished the job in a reasonable amount of time.

I called wanting to get the p trap and drain pipes under my kitchen sink and they were out the same day. The gentleman that came out was very professional and courteous. He completed the job in about a half an hour. It would have taken me 4 hours and several trips to the hardware store. You can tell it was done by a true professional. There prices were very good. I will never use another plumber.

It went very well. They arrived when they said they would, fixed the problem promptly and did a good job. They're available whenever you need them.

I have used Eagle Plumbing for eight years. I think they're marvelous. I think they're tops and I think they're excellent. They're professional. I just trust them completely. I did a remodel in two bathrooms in this house and he was hired as well. They did a beautiful job with that as well.

Great! They showed up on time and the technician was very polite. Explained information so I could understand it.
We had to call them back after a small glitch but they resolved the problem.

Our line backed up on a Sunday. I called Eagle Plumbing and they were there in 30 mins, and took care of it promptly. I have used them before for general plumbing and they are great-- prompt, courteous, smart and professional.

Arrived a bit late, but not terribly late. Two plumbers went right to work and finished the job in about 2 hours. The work left some dirt on my white carpet, but before they left, the entire mess was cleaned up perfectly! Shane and Eric were the greatest!

All went well and we've noticed reduction in heating bills.

They were very efficient and price fair I was just really amazed.I had heavy root infestation I truly thought it would be more. We called them and they came out right away I really appreciated that.

So far it's been great. I haven't seen anymore leaks in the downstairs ceiling from the upstairs bathroom, but I'm still keeping an eye on it.
The kitchen sink area was all upgraded and fixed up and the faucet works great, haven't seen anymore leaks there either.
Jeremiah was professional, quick, and explained everything. I felt very confident having him work in my home. Jeremiah also cleaned up everything when he was done and there was nothing left for me to do. If I have other plumbing issues I would probably ask specifically for Jeremiah.
Eagle plumbing responded within 24 hrs. it must have been a busy weekend/week because I could not get anyone over quicker.
I don't know the cost yet as they are billing me but it wasn't something that I could shop around or wait on someone for.


A few months after:

I had another leak in my upstairs bathroom...different problem but once again I was very satisfied. Shane came and put a new water valve coming out or the wall. After a couple weeks it was leaking again or it had been leaking all the time just very little, not real sure. But it was coming from the water tank this time. It probably should have been caught the first time but Shane still came and I was not charged labor from the second visit. So far so good...NO LEAKS...that I noticed.

After we placed an after hour call to try to schedule replacement for our hot water heater that went out, we received a call from a technician which asked us what the problem was. After informing him that the heater had a leak and that I had everything shut down and secure, he insisted that he should come by to and quot;put an eye on itand quot;. After his second call with the same suggestion, my wife said OK but we really just wanted to get scheduled for a replacement as soon as possible. He came by and said and quot;yea, you got a leak but it looks like an easy replacement. I'll put you on the list for tomorrow.and quot; Well , they didn't have time to do it the next day so we called in another company that could do it right away and then we recieved a bill about 2 weeks later for a $97.50 after hour service call.

Jeremiah negotiated less expensive alternative repairs. When appropriate, old fixtures were replaced rather than repaired to save money.
Fixed all items on a list of repairs to bring rental property up to code.
Recommended and worked well with other contractors needed at job site.
Followed up after repairs.
We're delighted with Jeremiah professionalism and performance.

I had a new hot water heater installed. The installer had to re-route the gas lines and install an expansion tank in addition to installing the hot water heater. He installed everything very well. When he was finished, he took the time to explain the new features of the hot water heater to me and ensure I knew all pertinent information.
A small leak (literally a few drops of water every minute) developed the same afternoon around one of the joints and the installer returned to my house within 10 minutes of me placing the call. He fixed the leak and was very apologetic.
The price for the hot water heater was the best price quoted to me in town.
I have used Eagle Plumbing in the past to repair plumbing and repair my furnace on a Saturday night and have always been pleased with their professionalism and promptness.

We are very pleased with them. They are punctual, professional, and do good quality work.

They were able to schedule an appointment the same day I called. I had purchased a water heater already and the plumber showed up on time to install it. Installation took a couple of hours, but I haven't had a problem with the water heater since the installation last summer.
