Great Experience!

Terry and his staff are great. I was desperate to find a trustworthy
shop in Laramie, as my daughter's were having overheating problem on
I-80 on their trip across state. I found Miner's through online reviews
and they spent time diagnosing the problem and had them back on the
road in short order. This shop has integrity.

I have used them many times in the past. There have been times that they went and picked my car up at my work and did the repairs. Needed to replace fasteners for headlights and they did that at no charge. Their pricing is within what the market charges, they are polite and very professional. Terry is always there to listen to what you think the problem may be and then give help in the solution. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them.

The van was put into storage within a few days of the repairs, so it hasn't been road driven sufficiently to evaluate the repairs, but driving it out of the shop, everything seemed fine. The RV runs well after the 5000 mile service, including oil and filter changes. Overall the experience with Miner's was excellent. I would recommend them to friends and family.

We have used Miner's in the past for work that needed to be done on our Subaru. They quickly got us in and helped us to try and solve a problem we were having with the half-axle...the knuckle was frozen..they helped all they could but the part was too far gone to be helped...although they spent many hours working on it they did not charge us for their time or use of their shop. We then took our old Ford to them for help adjusting the carburetor....the price they charged us for all of the work they did was extremely low and reasonable. After being involved recently in an automobile accident and in need of an estimate for our Suburban they told us to come right in and the estimate was done within the hour. These are quality people who will definetly challenge the stereotype that most people have in regard to mechanics in general. We will continue to go to Miner's for any automobile issues we may have.
