Orsini customer rep/sales reps blamed it on a recent design change on the part of Whirlpool and other manufacturers. Well, Whirlpool does NOT confirm any design change, i.e. the information we got from Orsini was false and just an excuse. Despite numerous efforts Orsini would not react further. Never again will we purchase anything from Orsinis."
