I called the service on July 3, hoping I could get someone to look at it on July 5, since I had the day off.  But I also realized this expectation was not all that realistic.  When I spoke to the rep., they asked when an appointment for the following week would work.  I said I'd need to take time off from work to meet the repairman, so just tell me when you can arrange that.  They made the appointment for Tuesday at 8:30.  The repairman didn't arrive until nearly 9:00, but he was very courteous and very professional.  He had my ice maker replaced, and was out the door by 9:15, but not before explaining the problem with the old unit (which was ~ 12 years old)..  The rep. at Dunn & Seibert explained that the service charge would be $95 (just to evaluate what was wrong); $125 for the ice maker didn't seem unreasonable.  And the time it took to make the repair/exchange was well worth it!  I would definitely use this service again!

For starters, I didn't know there was a defrost heater inside of the freezer. I tried every tip on the DIY sites before I called their place yesterday afternoon and they scheduled it for today in the AM. He (I think his name is Jim) got here right on time and was a cool dude the whole time he was here. As soon as he took a look at the symptoms, he knew what the fix was and had the part on his truck. Took awhile only because he had to thaw the fricken freezer coils to get to the part...it was a trainwreck of frost in there.(Not their fault at all)
I bought this fridge from them 6 years ago, as well as my washer and drier and will do business with them in the future for sure!
PS He spent a few minutes looking for a part to fix the icemaker as well. You can tell he/they care!!

They are very knowledgeable about what they sell and about how things work. They're capable of answering any kind of question that you may have about appliances. They are very easy to deal with and offer many types of payment options. The delivery people is very thorough and professional and they will stay as long as needed to set up your appliances and for you to get comfortable using and understanding your appliance.

The tech arrived and took only about five or ten minutes.  He knew what was wrong immediately and fixed it.  We talked a couple of minutes about the weather and then he left.

Contacted Dunn & Seibert for leaky refrigerator repair.  Checked reviews on Angie's list, and while they were not the highest rated their ratings were good and they were the closest to my home.  Even though our refrigerator was not purchased from them, they were happy to provide repair service.  I was informed of the $95 service call fee right away during my initial phone call.  We ended up having to reschedule our appointment twice, and each time they were very accommodating and willing to work with our schedule to the best of their ability.  The day of our repair, the service provider actually called first to ask if it was a convenient time to come and make the repair!  He was punctual, polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable.  He knew what the problem was before he even pulled the fridge out of the cabinet, and had everything he needed to complete the repair on the spot.  He even had the correct water filter on hand when we asked him to replace that as well on the spur of the moment.We are very satisfied with our repair experience, will definitely use them again, and highly recommend Dunn & Seibert.

Walked into the store 5 pm on Wednesday & was approached immediately.  I told the salesman that I was just interested in a basic washer & dryer.  He showed me several machines and I went with the first ones that he showed me.  They do not offer weekend delivery but was able to schedule it after work on Friday at 5 pm.  When I arrived home on Friday at 4:50 pm, the truck was already there waiting for me.  The installation was done quickly & efficiently.  Once installed & tested, they demonstrated to me how the machines worked & their features.  

I was only charged for the price of the machines; there was not an additional charge for delivery.
