The first time we met Linda she seemed detached and uninterested. Giving her the benefit of the doubt I chalked it up to my own perception. The second time, she blew it. We spent 20 minutes with our infant and toddler out front of the house for sale while Linda phoned all of creation to get the lock box code, losing her cool, and borrowing our pen to write it down. Again, perhaps she just had been given bad info? Then she took days to get back with us with news on our offer (we have a 24 hour rule in my profession). Further, that news was a dismissive, adversarial lecture that our offer was too low. Hello! Anyone in real estate heard of negotiation? This is our third home to buy, and Linda is clueless. She touted her "record", but when I looked up her actual sales (the real work), she has five properties sold over the last five YEARS.
