Technician was highly knowledgeable and very professional. He even got along with our cat! Unit is running great; no problems or concerns.

Great service, prompt, and reasonably priced. They repaired our wall ovens last year and came out recently to repair our washer. After diagnosing and finding it was an expensive part for a 20 yr-old washer, we decided to replace rather than repair. Daryl provided helpful suggestions on brands to look for and those to stay away from. We needed an evening apt and there was no extra charge. Very knowledgeable on wide variety of appliances and brands. Glad we've found an honest repairman that's looking at his business and his customers on a long term basis. Nice to know we only need one phone number to call for all our appliance repairs. Thanks !

Daryl was able to come out the day after I called. We had arranged for him to call when he was on his way so I could come home and meet him. He called within the window he said he would. The problem was what he had suspected it was when we talked on the phone, so he had the part and the repair went quickly. He was careful about not getting water on the floor as he defrosted the back of the freezer, and answered all my questions politely and professionally. He also retrieved my cat, who snuck out the door when he was taking his tools back to the car. (That was my fault - I'd gone to get my wallet and wasn't keeping an eye on her.)

Mr. Hoyt is as honest, courteous, and professional as they come! He arrived at our home within an hour after calling him, and had us back up and running within 30 minutes! His knowledge and experience are very evident, and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Our washing machine was giving an error msg that indicated a possible pump problem. We used Hoyt in the past and had a fabulous older tech who I suppose is now retired. He is the reason that we called again. I was told the earliest a tech could come out was on Sunday. I thought a sun was odd but okay.... I work on Sundays, so my husband was home waiting with 2 small children for the repair guy. 2 hours after the appointment window my husband called to tell me no one had shown shown up.He finally got in touch with someone who came out 4 hours after the appointment window. He spent all of 5 min in our laundry room. He pulled off the lower portion of the washing machine took one look and announced it was a bad pump that would cost us 175 + labor to replace, and that it would not be worth it. Oh.... then charged us $100 for the service call! Apparently it costs more to come out on a Sunday, which I wasn't told, nor did I ask for a Sunday. I called on a Friday. Long story short, will not be calling them again.

Our Washing Machine broke and we contacted Hoyt's appliance repair to get an estimate to fix it. He came out and looked it over and let us know that it would be more expensive to fix the machine then it would be to purchase a new one. He was very friendly and I really appreciated the honesty. Instead of trying to fix it and it costing us a lot of money to repair a 10 year old washing machine he broke it down to how it would be best just to replace it. Which is what we did. He also gave us a tip on a website to purchase parts for small appliances if we wanted to attempt to fix it ourselves first.
