"Excellent furnace repair experience all the way around. B&L owner/serviceman was professional, knowledgeable, reasonable in price and prompt in service. I would absolutely call upon B&L again. My furnace quit and I immediately went to Angie's List.. We did basic troubleshooting before calling for repair by checking the vent, checking the fuse box, raising the thermostat up and down and observed no exhaust clogs and good electric supply but no furnace kick on. The electronic control brain for my Goodman furnace had died. B&L rep seemed to have an idea of the potential problems when I called and he quickly confirmed it could be repaired after checking the furnace. He was able to promptly estimate the cost, retrieve the part and install it. I greatly appreciated the honest assessment of my system and his ability to repair it so quickly!"

"From arriving at our home in order to give us an estimate through completion of the work, Graham-Simon Plumbing was top notch. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber in the Morgantown area. While they're based in Clarksburg, that shouldn't discourage anyone from Morgantown from contacting them--according to them, they travel here often for business.
One of the employees named Kevin came by to give us an estimate on how much it would cost to put in a new shower in our basement and he arrived when he said he would. The estimate was the most reasonable one we had received--and we contacted several in the local area. After we agreed to the price and sent over the signed form, we received a call promptly to set up a time for the workers to complete the job. Once again, the workers showed up at the mutually agreed upon date and time. They worked hard throughout the day to install the shower. But after they left and after some careful inspection, we noticed an area outside the shower's border that we thought could have been finished a little bit better. So we called the office and they sent out Kevin again to inspect the work. He completed the job to our satisfaction with the second service trip included in the original estimate.
We're very pleased with the quality of the work, the price, and the team's reliability. Also, Kevin was outstanding to work with. Definitely consider them for your plumbing needs.

"Jake did an outstanding job with our recessed lighting installation. He was very attentive to detail and making sure the lights were aligned and symmetrical, and that nothing was damaged during the work. He managed through hard work and persistence to install six units without damaging our drywall. He also looped me into decision-making at the right times, and was great at communicating the pros and cons of different choices. I was able to provide the canisters, lights, and dimmer myself which allowed me to research and choose exactly what I wanted and avoid markups, but used their wiring. I got the full day deal and was also able to have Jake swap out an old light switch for a Lutron paddle switch for check into some other electrical issues in another room. Installing this lighting was a stress-free experience, and it's made our space so much more livable and usable. I plan to use Murphy Family Services again for some additional updates."

"On day 1, they gutted the old kitchen. Removed old flooring, wallpaper, counter top, sink, etc. The new cabinets were delivered that afternoon. Mario and his assistant were wonderful. They were prompt and courteous. They even took the time to get to know my 2 dogs who barked at them every time they went in and out. Day 2 the new laminate floor was put down and all the new cabinets were put in place. They stayed late to get it all done as the final measurement for the counter top was scheduled for the next day. That happened on Wednesday. The counter top and sink were installed on Saturday. By Wednesday the back splash was placed, the faucet installed, under cabinet lights placed and all appliances were installed and the kitchen was painted. 

The final result far exceeded my expectations."
