Communication with B and K / Hoffman Excavating was excellent from the beginning. The contact person was Jeremy- he was focused, friendly and professional as I explained the project and my goals for completing it. The discussion was straightforward and constructive- then the agreed scope of the project was clearly listed in the contract. That transparency was unlike other contracts presented to us in our search for a professional. Many of those were so vague that we couldn't sign them. Jeremy worked with all groups needing to issue permits for the work to be done, including the HOA for the gated community where the project would be done. Once the physical work started, they remained in daily contact, supplying pictures and videos since we couldn't be there to see progress. Changes were only made after we both understood and agreed. Upon completion, the workers did a FaceTime video so I was comfortable submitting final payment, I don't have a single complaint! I would hire them again.

The entire team kept the time frame and accomplished the project as planned in the contract. The men were courteous and included my opinions making me feel that I could have some input. The final project is greatly appreciated.

They actually showed up a day early and were done in about half the time I had estimated . Great people , I only wish I had more work for them to do .

They were quick to response back to me. Knew what I needed for my situation and got the job done in a timely manor. Friendly and knowledgeable in what they do.

I called to get an appraisal and estimate for installing a french drain, and Jeremy responded that day. He arranged to come out the next day and came when he said he would. We agreed on the job and the cost. I had contacted two other companies: one didn't respond; the other never sent an estimate. On the day the job was to start, Jeremy came with the two young men (Zach 1 and Zach 2) who were to do the work. Jeremy made sure they knew what the job entailed, and the guys got started. I was impressed with the care they took with their heavy equipment to avoid a small tree and any other damage to my yard. They were so good with that equipment and knew just what they were doing! They basically finished the job in one day and came back the next to seed. They put river rock on the surface, which I love, and even made a path through my flower gardens. Jeremy stopped back by to inspect, too. I think the job looks perfect and am certain it will solve my water problem. These guys are great! I would hire them again in a minute!

B&K Land Works got the job done quickly and did it well. They were communicative and consistent. We will definitely contact them for future needs!
