  This was an 8 unit condo project. It took time for materials to come in. Once the crew was onsite things went well. When finished, there were some things we weren’t pleased with. They quickly came out and made the changes. Only improvement I would ask on their next project for us is to have them go over work area with large magnet, to make sure area was clean each night.   After the hailstorm in early June in southern Wisconsin the storm chasers were out in full force. I did not want to go with any of them so I did my own research and found Elite Exteriors and am very glad I did! Ryan came out within days to give me a very fair estimate for a new roof (with extended warranty since they are a GAF certified installer), James Hardie siding, and downspouts. After looking over the damage he said he would have an estimate to me in a few days and on the third day I received a very detailed estimate (at this time I had been waiting for other estimates from a couple other contractors for a couple weeks). Ryan was amazing to work with - he gave recommendations for colors, sent us addresses so we could look at those colors on houses he had done, and was extremely responsive. If I ever had questions or concerns, Ryan got back to me the same night or the next day at the latest. This continued through the whole process. His employees were great as well. Karl was responsive with roofing questions/concerns (anything I had questioned, no matter how small, he made it right), Jeremy with the siding and Manuel, who did all of the siding, was amazing. Our house got a complete make-over with quality materials and my wife and I are extremely happy with all of the work (we have gotten many compliments from neighbors too). I highly recommend this company as my family's experience with them could not have been bettershow more

  From quote to job completion, nothing but integrity and professionalism was shown by the owner and crew of Superior Siding and Windows. We needed new siding on our 29 year old cedar sided home, with a possible chimney rebuild and had a couple of suspect windows. Randy (the owner) could have quoted to replace those windows, but as an honest businessperson, he said that the glass and seals just need to be replaced, someone like Les' Glass could do that for you - very reasonably. Les' Glass did - for under $1,000. Our crew was led by Scott, again nothing but professionalism and courtesy from Scott and his crew throughout the entire process. The jobsite was cleaned up every evening and at the end of the project our driveway, deck, lawn and plantings looked like they had before the project began. Our pest control company rep (we are adjacent to a farm field), went out of his way to commend the outstanding caulking work done on the siding. That's an unsolicited third party shout out for Scott and his crew. Excellent work at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Superior Siding and Windowsshow more

  Our project is at roughly the halfway point. We have had work done at the site every day. Progress is consistent. Dialog with the High Quality team is continual, productive and response time is very reasonable. This is important because supply chain issues do come up, and changes to plan necessarily happen as the project progresses. These have been well explained when they come up. Some decisions have to be quick ones, and we received good, practical guidance in making those quick decisions. All subcontractors have done quality work as well. The progress and quality of the entire project, down to regrading the front lawn, has been noticed not just by us, the homeowners, but by the neighborhood and inspectors. Thought has been given to how our neighbors as well us, the homeowners living at the site, would live through the project. There have been a few minor things to work through, but given the size of the project, they were minor and we feel right is being done by us. The dialog has been critical and has really led to the positive experience, to setting expectations. Positive communication was established during the planning of the project, which took place over the course of a year. It seemed like forever, waiting a year to start, but it has truly worked to our benefit. It has been worth the wait, and we wouldn't want anyone else doing this kind of work on our home. Nick has gone above and beyond on more than one occasion. His actions show that he is equally invested in the success and completion of our projectshow more
