I took off work to be there when it was done. They started two days late because their truck broke down and the weather. Was leaving for the weekend and they were done before I got back. Wham bam thank you mam. Came back to broken light fixtures, light fixtures put on upside down. Two different types of facia put up. Raw wood under my box window left without flashing. Supervisor took my personal ladder in the garage and used it. Put nails in my wiring requiring an electrician to have to come in and run wires under my coverts because he couldn't a wire in the wall with my coverts and the new siding on. Had to empty all the coverts out. Broke my weather vane. Told both salesman and supervisor I wanted my Sunsetter awning put back up and they said ok and yet it wasn't and they said they couldn't. Broke my sprinkler. Damaged my drip edge around the house far worse than it was. I'm sure there will be more things that will come up to haunt me. Can't recommend them for the price I paid. Oh yeah, I got $100 off for all that.

Infinity did a great job installing my new roof. It was exactly how I envisioned. The work crew was very good, although there were some communication issues at times, but I consider this very normal. There are always some hiccups, but everything was done to my satisfaction and all of the issues were resolved in a timely manner.

I compared multiple window companies and products but ended up going with Anthony from Infinity Exteriors to replace one of our damaged windows. I was impressed by the ProVia windows and Anthony was incredibly helpful in making sure we found the best matching replacement window. We only replaced one for now, but I expect we'll continue to work with Anthony to replace more in the future.

We are very pleased with our siding project. From the initial estimate to completion, Dan Miller was easy to work with. After color matching our existing exterior siding, the project was completed in a timely manner during our unseasonable warm winter. The only issue we noted were some nails, screws and utility blades left in the work area- when I pointed this out to Brandon at the final inspection he apologized and promised to bring it up with the crew. We absolutely recommend Infinity; we also had Infinity complete facia and soffit repair several years ago.

"Meticulous quality" - not a chance. Product quality, installation quality, coordination, problem-solving, accountability, candor, attention to detail, follow-through, and professionalism were all below expectations. We experienced deficiencies in communication, service, lack of project management and oversight that resulted in communication gaps, leaving us feeling ghosted for months. The installation of 8 double hung windows and one fixed panel/slider combination window took 21 months from the time of order (March 2022 to November 2023) footnote - at one point during the project, Infinity blamed the supplier (Marvin) for some issues. That's not good form. If Infinity doesn't think Marvin is a good supplier, they shouldn't install Marvin products. footnote 2 - Infinity's owners, Josh and MJ, did not reply to our concerns.

I cannot say enough good things about Infinity and the work they did on the windows on our home. They replaced three very large old, moldy wood framed windows, replaced them with large casements and a living room picture window. The work was done on time, as promised, quality work and quality product. One window was broken, it was replaced quickly and without any hassle. I strongly recommend Infinity Windows for anyone needing windows replaced.

We shopped and quoted independent door companies and the big box stores for an exterior sliding door, fiberglass frame, blinds between the glass and a glass transom above the doors. The doors were pricey and we found it difficult to get answers to questions. I found Infinity Exteriors and made that one more phone call. We met with Zac, who explained all the details. The detail I especially liked was that the new door would be attached to the sheathing using the unit's flange around the frame instead of attaching it to the sides of the studs. It seemed to me a better installation. We signed the contract and gave him our down payment. There were some problems (because sometimes things go wrong) along the way that delayed delivery and installation. The whole process of removing the existing door and installing the new one took, I think, maybe 2-1/2 hours. The crew did an excellent job installing the door and putting up the trim pieces inside and out - the door and screen glide and latch smoothly and the trim pieces are tight at the corners. Because of the transom, the door and installation were pricey and lead time was long - but the end result was beautiful! We got the door we wanted, so yes, it was worth it. I recommend Infinity Exteriors without reservation. Everyone involved handled our order like it mattered to them. They were great!

Had my siding redone. Outstanding service from the sales process through installation. Installers were very professional and worked to get the project done as quickly as possible. A representative checked in everyday to see how the project was progressing, and if there was anything else they could do. I highly recommend Infinity for your siding needs.

Infinity gave us a new roof on our house that we had moved into a few months earlier. They were honest and did a thorough inspection before giving us a quote. Jason, Austin and Dustin were great to work with. The roof ended up being installed earlier than expected! We had one question once complete that was answered and resolved within 4 days!

I was lied to by Mike at the sales time that the "installers" would Infinity employees. The windows were measured wrong. The products used were not installed per manufacturer specs, the PM was not good at all. The installers were sloppy and could converse with me in English. They did not have the proper tools or knowledge of products being installed. This was the third time I had Infinity do work on our home and the last Repairs were offered on my time frame but lien would be written. I saw Josh Sparks on a TV add this morning maybe he is taking a more active roll again instand of letting clowns run the store. The office personnel were polite and helpful ( ladies)

Installation of new siding, gutters, 2 storm windows, and repair of leaking roof went really well! They were fast and efficient. A couple hick ups but they were dealt with satisfactorily! Our sales rep, Isaac Tomlins, was top notch and even came up with a new siding design we loved! Looks awesome!!

Mostly good. Problems found after project was paid in full. There was a dent on the garage door and when the security cameras were taken down then reinstalled they did it with live wire. It took a few phone calls and nagging to get them to follow through on what was agreed to. Eventually, though, everything was taken care of. The house looks beautiful but not sure if I would hire again.

We expected the process to be long because of supply chain issues. Infinity did a nice job of setting expectations, providing updates along the way and in the end met all expectation and more in the end. Work staff and supervisors were professional and neat. The office was always providing updates along the way.

The experience from beginning to end was very professional. Russell came by to look at my roof and then sat down with me to go over what he saw, what he recommended and next steps. I've never had my roof replaced before, so that's why I gave 4 stars on price because I don't know what is expensive or inexpensive for roofing. Infinity Exteriors was in between the other two companies that provided me a quote, but the professionalism and communication is what did it for me. Once I signed the paperwork, I was later assigned a project manager who would give me updates and call me to let me know when I would be expecting materials and a dumpster to arrive at the house. The project manager showed up the day of the project and followed up with me after completion to do a walk through before final payment. Overall, they did an amazing job. No complaints here!
