I recently had Exterior Pro's come and remodel part of my bathroom. They removed my existing tub and replaced with a shower needed for my husband. They removed everything down to the studs and replaced with all new walls. The insert walls and ceiling are beautiful, it has a marble look. They put in all new hardware for the shower and they even fixed my backwards water faucet. Andrew and Erik were the two guys that were sent for this job and I would recommend them for any job. The two worked great together, they had fun and I even heard singing at one point. You would have never known a contractor was at my house. They were very clean and effecient. They were also very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you

Tear off, roof, gutters, gutter covers and downspouts installed in one day. Clean up after left no traces that they were even there. Repaired damaged roof boards, soffit and fascia at no additional charge. Would highly recommend!

Scheduled appointment for a specific time and date. The lady called me twice on a Sunday and both times confirmed the date, time, and my name. She then called again on the 4th of July asking to confirm again. Didn't answer because I was with my family for the holiday. Then they DON'T SHOW UP when they're supposed to. I called and they said it was because I didn't answer the phone on the 4th of July when I was with my family. They didn't even try calling on the day of the appointment. No one said if you don't return our call we won't show up. I was there just like I said I was gonna be, TWICE. Where were you? This place is a joke.

Fantastic. The installers Eric and Ryan are very professional and knowledgeable. They have great expertise in what they do. The installation had a couple of unexpected situations on the first day and they worked through them like they were part of the regular installation. They found that they needed more people to hoist the window into place and we had the supervisor and with one call he made there were enough people to to get it into place in about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this group and Exterior Pros in all of your home improvement projects inside and out .

Fantastic!!! From Stephanie and Susan down to the contractors this is by far the best team of people and contractors I have worked with in my life. Was kept informed from ordering day to arrival and install day. Jesus arrived on time and was very nice and professional. Started the conversion around 9:30 and was done by and cleaned up by 4:15. As the install progressed he noticed he needed other materials and ran to the hardware store for them. We had a bead mark around the ceiling and the materials for that needed to be ordered the following business day by Doug the person who would be installing the trim work traveled to pick it up instead of having shipped and a longer wait time. He was here within 3 days installing it and completing the project including getting me my water pressure back in the shower He also fixed my front door that was hard to close. It now closes with no effort at all. After all was done on Friday When I received my bill all credits discussed had been credited and I love my new walk in shower. Being a senior I really appreciate being treated like a person that matters and not just a number. From beginning to end Exterior Pros delivered what they said they would with knowledgeable and friendly staff. I would highly recommend Exterior Pros for any remodeling you need done.

Hired Exterior Pros to put on four roofs for four homes over several years. Issue is I have been trying for almost two years to get them to provide verification the lifetime warranties were submitted properly to the shingle provider. I’ve gotten lots of excuses and promises but no warranty conformations. So far the work appears ok. So I don’t know why the provider won’t confirm the work was done per requirements, unless it wasn’t. I’m looking to replace another roof and can’t seeing going back to Exterior Pros because I just don’t trust them.

Bad Communication was horrible. I could not get the project manager to return phone calls. Material was not checked before installed to make sure it wasn't damaged. The base was warped and had to be reordered. The corner piece was too short to cover removed outlet box. When the piece came in the wrong colored **** was used. Each time I could not get the project manager to call back with details. At the initial installation NO effort was made to contain the drywall or tile dust with plastic at the doorway or laying a tarp on the floor. My green graut is now white on the green tile floor. There was dry wall dust everywhere and little effort to clean the bathroom when they left as it was not finished due to the base having to be reordered. When I wasn't getting any response from the project manager I tried to speak to the owner and they would not let me speak to her regarding my dissatisfaction. The product is great but I regret hiring Exterior Pros as it was not worth the anxiety and unfinished bathroom for weeks. Not worth the 14000.00 spent. I kept calling Sue because she was the only one that was concerned about the lack of communication. She ensured me that she would call the project manager immediately and have him call us back. Each time I called I received no return phone call. Needless to say the money was withdrawn and I was not happy with the result. Lack of respect and communication!!!!

Job was done well and in a timely fashion. Using again for things insurance didnt cover

Very good, these guys don't take short cuts. Got a new roof including ice shield. I'd use them again.
