"Mike assessed the damage and made a recommendation as to what he would suggest we do. He covered the tiles with drywall. Did an excellent job. Cleaned the area up and move the furniture back for us. Project turned out GREAT! Have hired Mike to do several more projects for us including replacing storm doors, installing a basement door and building a shed. Mike and his helper were on time or called it there was a problem. Now have a few other projects and will again use Universal Property. Reasonably priced and does excellent work."

Joe offered a product on the market that would hold up much better, so we went with PVC Trim. Joe is such a great guy to work with. He is very prompt, professional, and was courteous to our property. The work was completed in a timely manor, and reasonably priced. He is a perfectionist in his craft, and it shows in his work.
