Project turned out GREAT! Have hired Mike to do several more projects for us including replacing storm doors, installing a basement door and building a shed. Mike and his helper were on time or called it there was a problem. Now have a few other projects and will again use Universal Property. Reasonably priced and does excellent work."

Joe offered a product on the market that would hold up much better, so we went with PVC Trim. Joe is such a great guy to work with. He is very prompt, professional, and was courteous to our property. The work was completed in a timely manor, and reasonably priced. He is a perfectionist in his craft, and it shows in his work.
