Mike had excellent follow through, and assisted us in saving money by determining which parts of the project we could do ourselves. He has a great group of professionals that he works with and the project went as smooth as it could have, particularly considering that the project had just started when the Pandemic hit. I would definitely hire Mike again.

Mike is awesome !!! Very reliable, take accountability and delivers on-time and with quality. We hired Mike after a friend of ours referred him to us. We had been struggling to find a responsible contractor to get our kitchen, bathroom, and basements remodeled but after meeting Mike and going over the process we knew he is the real deal. We initially did just Kitchen and bathrooms and we were extremely satisfied with quality, timeliness, cleanliness and on-budget delivery of a project. Mike was very reliable and vetted sub-contractors that he hires and all of them do a very good job. Mike kept us informed on progress - what will be done this week, following week, etc - that made it very easy for us to plan activities that we wanted to get done differently. We then hired Mike again after 6 months to get basement remodeled and are very delighted at how it turned out to be. We added a couple of rooms, entertainment area, bathroom, and small kitchen - work was done professionally, with quality and on promised schedule.

Mike is the real deal. I ve worked with many contractors over the years, and oftentimes it s a frustrating process. Start date was as promised. He updated me regularly and finished by target date. He was a pleasure to work with.

We hired Universal Property Maintenance to finish our basement. Mike and his crew did an amazing job - we felt very comfortable having them in our home and couldn't be happier with our basement! We definitely recommend Universal Property maintenance and will use them again!

I hired Mike to build a bathroom in my basement. I was impressed with Mike's professionalism, we spoke daily and he kept me abreast of what was going and next steps with the project. Mike, his crew, and subcontractors were all highly skilled and they did an amazing job on my new bathroom. I plan to use Mike for future projects and I would highly recommend him.

Mike and his partner installed grab bars and a shower curtain rod in a bathroom and a ceiling fan in a bedroom. They did excellent work, got it done quickly, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely hire them again for similar work or even larger, more complicated projects. I was very satisfied with their work and professionalism.

Mike assessed the damage and made a recommendation as to what he would suggest we do. He covered the tiles with drywall. Did an excellent job. Cleaned the area up and move the furniture back for us. Project turned out GREAT! Have hired Mike to do several more projects for us including replacing storm doors, installing a basement door and building a shed. Mike and his helper were on time or called it there was a problem. Now have a few other projects and will again use Universal Property. Reasonably priced and does excellent work.

Mike is an exceptional, well respected man in the business. He is fair and honest. He takes great pride in his work and is a perfectionist. We have hired Mike for numerous projects in our homes. We will not work with any one else. We highly suggest you give him a try. Even a 2nd opinion from him. He finished our basement, he has done handy work around the house, overall he does it all.

After done several research and interviews with other companies we decided to go with Universal Property. Very professional and we are so happy with the final result, very clean, good quality and on budget. Mike (the owner) was able to explain any question during the project although we were not at home most of the time. They went beyond delivering all what was commited plus some add-on. I'm so glad I hired this company. I needed to remodel an apartment that needed a variety of services: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, everything needed updating. This company did it all, and did it well, and did it on a timely basis. They were a pleasure to work with as they would tackle any task without needing any supervision. They knew exactly what to do and worked efficiently but didn't skip any steps and they were kind and curteous to boot. And they cleaned up after themselves. I will be using them again.
