The ease of cleaning them from inside (multiple stories) was one of the best things along with a lifetime warranty. Years later there was a small issue with one and within days the service manager himself cam and inspected and did this minor repair. In this day and age that is a most impressive level of service. He was thorough, kind, respectful and he cleaned up after himself well. On day one he had his trailer parked in our driveway, so my car sat on the street. We had less than satisfactory weather with sleet falling a large portion of the day. Ben scraped my car windows before he left for the day!
