Years later there was a small issue with one and within days the service manager himself cam and inspected and did this minor repair. In this day and age that is a most impressive level of service. "We ordered an outer door and screen door replacements from Home Depot. Contacted Todd ( after verifying his reviews) who gave us a good estimate, and agreed for him to do the job. When the door arrived we scheduled installation in 3 days. Todd picked it up and completed the installation in about 3 hours. This included adjusting a 'slight' 'manufacturing error' to align the lock holes, which he insisted on doing in a professional manner so that the fix was not visible. We're highly satisfied with price and results"

"Our doors were done ahead of schedule, and we received frequent emails regarding the progress of our product. Our service tech was the best. They don't come much better than Ben. He was thorough, kind, respectful and he cleaned up after himself well. On day one he had his trailer parked in our driveway, so my car sat on the street. We had less than satisfactory weather with sleet falling a large portion of the day. Ben scraped my car windows before he left for the day! He explained how things worked and made sure all of our questions were answered before he left. The doors are beautiful and we can't say enough about the entire process from start to finish.
