Our family room screen door seems ill-fitting for some reason. Windows are made in Wisconsin and are expensive but worth it."

"We ordered an outer door and screen door replacements from Home Depot. Contacted Todd ( after verifying his reviews) who gave us a good estimate, and agreed for him to do the job. When the door arrived we scheduled installation in 3 days. Todd picked it up and completed the installation in about 3 hours. This included adjusting a 'slight' 'manufacturing error' to align the lock holes, which he insisted on doing in a professional manner so that the fix was not visible. "Our doors were done ahead of schedule, and we received frequent emails regarding the progress of our product. Our service tech was the best. They don't come much better than Ben. He was thorough, kind, respectful and he cleaned up after himself well. On day one he had his trailer parked in our driveway, so my car sat on the street. We had less than satisfactory weather with sleet falling a large portion of the day. Ben scraped my car windows before he left for the day!
