We ordered an outer door and screen door replacements from Home Depot. Contacted Todd ( after verifying his reviews) who gave us a good estimate, and agreed for him to do the job. When the door arrived we scheduled installation in 3 days. Todd picked it up and completed the installation in about 3 hours. This included adjusting a 'slight' 'manufacturing error' to align the lock holes, which he insisted on doing in a professional manner so that the fix was not visible. We're highly satisfied with price and results

Todd is the man you want! We bought an expensive door that needed jamb extensions due to a measurement mistake by our previous contractor. He arrived on time, worked non-stop until it was installed and everything looks awesome. Don't waste your time calling around and not getting answers. Todd will text or call you back promptly. Todd is an excellent , skilled carpenter- works fast and knows what he doing. Easy to communicate with. There were 2 pieces of wood for part of balcony that I wanted to paint before installing, He dropped these off in advance which I appreciated. Be aware he does charge fee for extra trips to the work site, if you have questions about this ask him in advance. I work hire him again, for any job that he is willing to do.

Todd did an excellent job. From start to finish the experience was fantastic. The door installation was completed in less than a week, when other companies were quoting me roughly two months total time. Todd was easy to work with and called me back within 24 hours to start looking at my door issue. The door installation was completed in less than two hours total. Todd was easy going and professional, he made the process painless and stress free.

I liked that Todd had a set price is charged for installing each door. Since he didn't charge by hour I knew exactly what we were going to pay. However, after he installed the first door with an electonic door lock, the deadbolt was stuck in. I called him soon after he left, when I discovered this, and he said, don't worry about it, just put a chair in front of the door. I'll be back tomorrow. He fixed it easily the next day. However, we had issues with that door again. Instead of calling him, we called a locksmith, and they said the door was not aligned properly. He was friendly, but I would not hire him again.

"I would say one thing it’[Member Information Removed] possible the door moved some at some point. But I use a 3 inch screw so they stay in place. I did return and fix your issue with the lock. And would have returned to adjust any issues if you had called. I don’t get Ds from anyone. I hang over 250 doors a year. And been doing for 31 yrs. I apologize for any of your inconvenience and just wish you would have called me first."

I was told by another installer the door would not work. Todd said no problem. He was early, done quicker than expected , and cleaned up. He was reasonably priced and very professional. We will have him back to do our other door.

Excellent. Early lockdown days, had to get house ready for sale in 10 days. Would never have been able to do it without Todd. He worked very fast but well, offered very helpful advice, and worked extremely well with other workers in the house at various times, going out of his way to accommodate everyone. I only wish I had used him earlier to install my security doors. He was a little more expensive than some, but well worth it! The house ended up selling almost immediately, and Todd was a big part of the reason.
