"Great customer experience from beginning to end. Willing to replace a broken patio door side window that no one else would even talk to me about because it was a Pella window. Came out to make sure they could get the broken window out before they quoted. Willing to work with me on timing for quote and installation. Glass replacement was 1/6th the cost of window/sash replacement from Pella. Installation was done quickly and professionally. Cleaned up the work area meticulously. Will definitely recommend them to any of my friends or neighbors."

"We replaced all the windows in our home (22 total), including 2 basement casements and 2 garage). We also replaced our entry door. The salesman was great but a little too "hard sell." He was determined to leave with a signed contract. It is good that his visit was the last of 4 that I had arranged, so I knew exactly what I needed and wanted. The windows came in sooner than we expected. The installation was fast, but split up, as the front door came in after the windows. The two installation teams were phenomenal. Zero mess, zero damage to the existing frames. The second team also did the front door, with equal care and workmanship. Upon inspection, 3 of the glass panes and very fine interior scratches. The project manager ordered replacements and these were switched out seamlessly. Overall, I highly recommend Empire. Since our windows have a lifetime warranty, I won't need them again for that! However, I would use them again for other projects."

"I had 7 windows and 1 patio door replaced. I spared no expense and purchased the top of the line triple pane windows and patio door. The crew was both polite and extremely professional. I asked they keep me apprised on any findings during the replacement process, such as water damage, rot, mold, or insects, and they did. Luckily none was discovered. They cleaned up perfectly when done. By the lack of mess and debris, you couldn’t tell the day was spent replacing all my windows. A walk around detailed final inspection, as well as an explanation on how the windows operated, was done together at the end. It was an awesome experience and I would highly recommend them for my friends and family members."
