Great and I had already purchased the part, just needed him to remove the tank to replace it, but he also replaced another part for me free of charge so all the parts are new! He also told me that for just about $10 more , if there's ever a next time or one of my other 2 toilets need repair, he can put in a whole new tank, parts and all! Great guy, did a great job, didn't take much time, didn't charge me the $20 for service fee! I will definitely keep his card and call him if I need a plumber again!

Rich was prompt and highly communicative in advance of the first appointment to make sure I understood my options to replace my water softener. Once there, he did an extremely professional job an cleaned up perfectly after the job. During the water softener install, I mentioned that I had a leaky spigot valve in the backyard. Rich cut off the old one and welded on a new one that is working great. He charged me a minimal fee for the addon work since he was already on site. Here's the kicker and why I'd highly recommend Rich to anyone. During the install he talked about how he would come back without issue if there were any questions or issues. Well a couple weeks later, there turned out to be an issue. When the unit backwashed it dumped water onto my garage floor. This problem persisted. The second time it happened, I called Rich who we very willing to come back. It turns out my drainline, that had been put in by a previous provider had a kink which was causing it intermittently clog, causing the overflow of water in the garage. Rich found the issue and ran a brand new drain line through the attic. He was at my house for 3 hours to identify and resolve the problem. At the end he offered to not charge me, even though the drain line problem wasn't his fault. I insisted on paying him so he gave me a LARGE discount. I now consider Rich my go-to plumber. He'll get all my business moving forward.

Rich was prompt and very knowledgeable regarding my plumbing upgrade. He replaced the older valves in both my showers and installed the newer fixtures. He was able to come out right away and his fees were very reasonable. Will definitely use him again for any future plumbing needs!

Great! I contacted Rich for options on a water softener. He provided the quotes and information that I needed without high sales pressure. When he came to my home to install, I found him to be knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He took the time to explain things to me and to look at other potential plumbing needs. His service was offered at a fair and reasonable price. While I hope not to need a plumber too often, I will call him again.

Rich was great! My water heater was cracked and leaking. After speaking with Rich, he gave me and quote and fit me in his schedule same day. Work was completed within an hour and nicely done. Rich even cleaned up any spilled water. Would highly recommend, and use again. Price was $500 less than other contractors as well.

Rich was quick to return my phone call on Sunday evening, and was able to come out on Monday morning. He was very friendly and professional. We expected an hour or so repair, but he was back upstairs within two minutes; it was an easy wiring problem! I'm so glad I came on Angie's List and found Streamline Plumbing. Rich was wonderful from start to finish. He arrived first thing Monday morning to fix the shower leak. He explained everything, obtained the needed parts and replaced the shower valve. As it turned out, the valve was defective and he returned on another day to replace. One day after the shower leak was repaired, our water heater valve starting leaking. I called Rich and, unbelievably, he was able to come over and replace that valve in a couple hours. Throughout it all, he as friendly, professional and performed high quality work. Responsiveness was incredible. His prices were quite reasonable as well. Could not have been a better experience.

Our old water heater was leaking, and we knew it was the end of it's service. I called Rich, and discussed the situation, and that we wanted to go tankless with a new water heater. He answered my call on the first ring. He was knowledgeable and informative. He understood (with children) the need for running hot water in the house. The next day he arrived promptly at 8:30 AM with the water heater and all supplies. We had hot water again with a perfect install done in 3 hours. Price was fair and as quoted. Very friendly, professional and timely. I would recommend him to anyone.

I would recommend Rich for any water heating and plumbing jobs. The pricing was fair and l will call him for any future plumbing work. He clearly explained my options and answered all of my tank vs. tank-less water heating systems. I commend his professionalism and he priced the job fairly. He was prompt in responding to my phone calls, texts, emails, and starting the job as scheduled.

On Monday morning this week, I was alerted to the fact that our water heater was leaking. Having been through this in the past I immediately went online to Angieslist. I went through the reviews of the companies, I filled out the online form, name address and phone number. Literally, within seconds I received a call from Rich, the owner of Streamline Plumbing. We went over the make and model number, problems etc. He did give me a $40 coupon and we discussed price and time that he could do a replacement. I was surprised that he would be available to replace the water heater that morning and within 3 hours of my call the replacement was completed. I have not been that lucky with service provider ever. He was very professional and went over the reasons for choosing the heater that was replaced. I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone. I am a very satisfied customer.

Called Rich first thing in the morning because our water heater went out the night before. Rich fit us into his busy schedule and came out that morning. He looked at our heater and it was determined it needed to be replaced due to age and water leaked into the electrical components. He was super nice and professional. I would definitely recommend him and will be using him again in the future.
