"On Wednesday morning I woke up to water in my basement due to a leaky gauge. I called Agua Well and Pump and they told me they could try to get out that day but for sure the next day. The woman that answered the phone gave me her cell phone number so I could forward a video of the problem. About 4 hours later, I received a call that they would be at my house in 5 - 10 minutes. I left work and by the time I got home, they were there. The service technician, Chad explained everything to me and gave me his recommendation to replace the pressure tank due to the gauge leaking and the age of my tank. I went back to work and the job was completed by the time I got done for the day. Excellent communication and customer service!"

"I got suspicious, when the original installer tested the well the same day of installation, two of the tests came back as unsafe.
Showed high levels of Coliform  & Arsenic. A Friend told me to call Hahn's pump service. I talked to Ben, & he said I should wait App.
2 Weeks & run the water 8 -10 Hours for a couple of days before testing. That's what we did. Jake, Ben's service man came out the next day, checked the whole water system & took samples. Four days later the results came back. All three samples cam back SAFE.
Coliform & Arsenic were ABSENT. It's really nice dealing with a Honest & Trustworthy Company, that is very Knowledgeable & Competent at their Profession. They will have all my future business. Also, they would have been $800.00 Cheaper than the
original installer."

"The written quote was misleading, ended up over $500.00 more than original quote. Over all very satisfied wiith work done. Employee that did the work was very polite and professional. The project manager was very personable and polite but needs to find a way to either write in baseline estimates on separate service costs independent of another unit being installed into the the quote or send an entirely separate service quote apart from installation quote. The quote that I received mentioned the iron filter service so I was led to believe it was included with the water softener installation. A misunderstanding but easily avoidable. I would still recommend this company based on the quality of the their work."

On the day of the job he showed up 10 minutes early to our job and quickly completed it. Further, he's the type of person you feel good about having in your house. "Excellent service for a first time customer. Definitely will be my first call/choice next time any well service needed. I called at 130 pm on a Friday simply expecting a replacement quote on a failing pressure tank. After having to leave voicemails for other competitors Hahns answered and quickly helped with a quote that was very reasonable. He offered to have someone stop by to verify the quote provided and that the tank needed to be replaced while he had someone else bring the tank. By 2:30 pm someone was on-site and verified tank was failing. By 3:45 pm the job was done. Both techs were extremely professional and friendly for a last minute on a Friday job."

"There was no leakage until about three weeks ago.  The crack then reopened and water is seeping through.  We have tried to contact them.  However, they shut down their email and three phone numbers.  They will not return any messages.  It was a lifetime warranty, but that does us no good if they are out of business.

The existing problem (and why they have C's from us) is that we have completely lost contact and have no way to get resolution."

I thought he did a wonderful job. I was trying to figure out how to turn the water off in my condo. I found a lever and it didn't turn. It had been broken. He was able to manipulate it so that it didn't need to be replaced. He showed me what to do so I wouldn't have to call him back. I would give him an A for all of the service questions, but for the follow up questions I would give him an F."
