To do so, he and his crew had to jack up one side of the house and work in a tight crawl space and outside in nasty weather. Jordan and his crew were very easy to work with and displayed excellent attention to detail. His rates were most reasonable and he did an excellent job of answering my questions and addressing my concerns in a timely manner. I plan to hire him again for other work. "

They would take the $275 off the project if I went ahead and had them do the work as long as product not defective. My point is, $275 to just come and take a look at area I?m talking about?? It?s not even Empire coming to look. Plus I bought everything from them. So apparently like someone said after the sale you are pretty much written off. They do not stand behind their product. Hard to rate on customer service. Who do you rate, Empire or the people doing the work! Ha!"
